Caravan Description
Our luxury, privately owned holiday home is situated at Haven’s 4 star Weymouth Bay Holiday Park.
It is a three bedroom (1x master, 2x twin), 8 berth, modern holiday home with a roomy bathroom, second restroom and a spacious living room/kitchen area with a pull-out sofa bed and dining table.
Haven class this caravan as a ‘Prestige’ holiday home, which comes fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, utensils, fridge, gas hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player.
Duvets and pillows will be provided for your stay. However, linen can be brought with you or hired from Haven for the week at a price of £10 per bedroom, with an additional deposit of £10. On departure these items must be returned to reception.
Gas and electricity are included in the cost of your holiday and there is plenty of parking available around the park.
I’m afraid we cannot accept pets in the holiday home, and smoking is not permitted.

How to Book
Please check our availability then contact us with your enquiry
A £100 refundable deposit is required by bank transfer when booking your holiday
Full payment must be made 8 weeks prior to your holiday. This can be paid by cheque or bank transfer
Your £100 deposit will then be held as a security deposit and will be refunded within two weeks of your departure providing the holiday home is left clean and tidy with no damage or breakages having occurred.
Terms & Conditions
You will collect your keys from main receptions from 3pm on your day of arrival
You must return your keys to main reception by 10am on your day of departure
Holidaymakers will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the holiday home during their stay
No smoking in the holiday home
No pets in the holiday home
We cannot accept responsibility for any injury loss or damage during your stay
Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings for single sex parties
Main person booking the holiday must be aged 21 or over

About the Area
Weymouth Bay is situated a pleasant ten minute walk from the beach. Haven also has many great amenities at the park for holidaymakers’ usage, however entertainment passes for these facilities must be purchased from Haven directly. With these passes you can also visit Haven’s Sea View Holiday Park (a ten minute walk away) and use their amenities too.Entertainment on site includes:
Children’s clubs/entertainment, Children’s soft play, Outdoor play area, Daytime and evening entertainment in the ‘Showbar’, Amusement arcade, Small supermarket, Restaurant, Pool tables, Bars, Indoor swimming pool, Outdoor swimming pool, Laundry facilities, Take away snack bars.
