Caravan Description
Welcome to our unique caravan! Specially designed and situated to take full advantage of the stunning panoramic views of Filey, The Brigg and the beach.
The sunlight floods into the dining/living space. The extensive glazed windows offer fabulous sea views to enjoy whilst relaxing or dining and there is also a secure lockable wraparound veranda with outdoor furniture; ideal for morning coffee, al-fresco dining or just to watch the boats go by.
Fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences, including a Stoves gas Oven, grill and hob, large 50/50 fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle and all pots, pans, cups, glasses and cutlery, as well as a coffee machine so you can make that relaxing cup of coffee. We have a fitted smoke detector and fire extinguisher for your safety.
If the great British weather turns. A brand new flat screen TV is provided, together with a DVD player.
TV with freesat box in the main bedroom and TV, DVD player in the twin bedroom, but no TV channels in here!
A feature wall hung electric flame effect fire is in the sitting room together with gas central heating.
Down the corridor is the family shower, which has two seats inside; ideal for children. Extractor fan and a white ceramic basin and WC.
The master bedroom has 3 large floor to ceiling windows, again allowing the sunlight to flood in, an en-suite white ceramic wash hand basin and WC. Fitted wardrobes with mirrored sliding doors. The double bed has side tables with wall mounted bedside lamps.
The 2nd bedroom is a twin bedroom with a central side table, above head storage and ample wardrobe space. A socket is conveniently situated near the wall-mounted mirror.

Beach, Nature reserve, water sports, scenic walks, local pubs including The Royal Oak is nearby and The Cottage at Hunmanby, which we can highly recommend for meals. Details of pubs where you can dine out are in the caravan file. Also fishing, amusements and many other attractions at nearby Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington, Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay.

About the Area
A non refundable booking depsit of £100 is required to secure your booking.Full payment of the balance is required 6 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday, togeather with a breakages deposit of £100.
The breakages deposit will be returned in full within 7 days of departure if no accidents or damage has occured. As this is our family holiday home, if any evidence of smoking is found within the caravan, this breakages deposit will not be returned.
Entertainment passes are available to purchase from the Reception and are not included in the price.
