This is a spacious 2 bedroom holiday home with double glazing, central heating and also a large sun deck with patio furniture, situated in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac location of the park, just a short distance away from the on park supermarket and laundrette facilities.
In the main double bedroom there is a large walk-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets and overhead storage. This room also benefits from having an en-suite bathroom.
In the second bedroom you will find 2 single beds, with wardrobe, bedside cabinet and overhead storage.
The bathroom consists of a large shower cubicle with a powerful shower and radiator. There is also a wash basin and bathroom cabinet with mirror and toilet.
In the kitchen there is an electric oven and grill with hob.
It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Electrical items in the kitchen include a microwave, large fridge freezer, 2 slice toaster, kettle and an iron and ironing board.
As you can see from the photos, the kitchen area leads onto the dining area which has a large dining table with 4 dining chairs.
In the living room there is a flat screen TV, which also has built-in Freeview, a separate DVD player and a CD/tape/radio. There is also an electric fire with fire effect lighting and 2 heat settings.
This holiday home also has a ramp leading onto the gated sun deck, which is suitable for wheelchairs / pushchairs.
This caravan is a great choice if you are looking for a quiet part of the park with a lovely view, and has been kept to a high standard throughout to ensure you have a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Devon Bay.
