This is a spacious 3 bedroom, 8 berth holiday home with double glazing, blow heating and also a large gated sun deck with patio furniture. It is approximately 100 yards away from the main amenities.
In the main double bedroom there is a large walk-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets and overhead storage. This room also benefits from having an en-suite toilet with wash basin.
In the other 2 bedrooms you will find 2 single beds in each, with wardrobe, bedside cabinet and overhead storage. All bedrooms have blow heating, which is controlled from the main bedroom.
The main bathroom consists of a large shower cubicle with a powerful shower and heated towel rail. There is also a wash basin and bathroom cabinet with mirror.
In the kitchen there is a modern electric oven and grill with hob. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Electrical items in the kitchen include a microwave, fridge freezer, 2 slice toaster, kettle and an iron.
As you can see from the photos, the kitchen area leads onto the dining area which has a large dining table and bench seating with 2 stools.
In the living room there is a flat screen TV which also has built in Freeview and a separate DVD player. There is a CD/tape/DAB radio with speakers fixed to the wall. There is also an electric fire with fire effect lighting and 2 heat settings.
For 2013 the living room, kitchen and hallway flooring was all replaced to a high standard, and as you can see by the photographs. It has been kept to a high standard throughout to make sure that your stay is a pleasant one.
Private linen hire is available, for a double it is £10, King it is £10 and a single it is £7.
