Chalet Description

Our holiday home for hire is situated on California Sands Holiday Park with the on site facilities close by and the sandy beach a short walk away.

Décor and furnishings are of a high standard, with two bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 5 people.

The lounge is bright, airy and modern with laminate flooring, modern oak dining table and chairs with two 3 seater leather settees, a 32" flat screen Freeview TV and DVD Player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker/grill, toaster, kettle, microwave, iron, ironing board and all the cooking utensils and crockery that you will need.

The main double bedroom has ample storage with wall mounted flat screen TV/Freeview. The inner hall has under floor heating leading to bedroom two and the bathroom.

The bathroom has an electric shower/bath with under floor heating for those chilly days. The second bedroom has a double bed with overhead single bed, a wardrobe and vanity unit.

Duvets, pillows & protectors are supplied but you will be required to bring your own linen including towels & tea towels.

We can provide all linen & beds made up for your arrival with pricing from £10. No taking bedding home to wash! Please request when when making your booking.

Electricity is supplied via a £1 coin metre.

Short breaks including mid-week breaks welcome.

Prices are based on up to five people sharing.

Pricing includes passes for Club Oasis and the swimming pool. Please note that the swimming pool is open from 12th May to 15th September 2018.

Bookings

A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required to secure your holiday booking. This amount will be deducted from your outstanding balance which is required at least 6 weeks before your holiday commencement.

In addition, a £50 refundable security/damage deposit is required, which will be returned within 7 days of your departure but may be used against any breakages, damage or cleaning charges if necessary.

Departure Day
