Caravan Description
Our ABI Arizona holiday caravan with double glazing to let is on the ever popular Golden Palm Resort.
The caravan is very comfortable and spacious, with plenty of seating, a coal effect electric fire, a put-up bed located under the large front window, and a 32" flat screen TV with Freeview.
The kitchen is well stocked with things such as a microwave oven, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery you will ever need. There is also a hairdryer.
There are 2 bedrooms; bedroom 1 has a king size bed and plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space, and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, which can be pushed together if required. It also has wardrobe space.
All duvets and pillows are provided, along with covers and pillow slips.
Booking Conditions
No all male or all female parties are allowed.
Passes are not included in the price.
We require a £50 deposit when you book.
A £50 security bond will also be charged and refunded when your holiday is finished, providing the caravan has been left clean and tidy and in good order with no breakages. This can either be paid at the time of booking along with your deposit, or it can be paid when you pay your balance, which will be due 1 month before your holiday starts.
Passes for the swimming pool and the Club Tropicana can be purchased at reception on arrival.

About the Area
Golden Palm Resort (formally known as the Robin Hood), has been very popular for many years. It has the absolute best nightly entertainment on the east coast, with some top bands from the fifties, sixties and seventies and really good shows with dancers, comedy artists and really great singers. There is also a children's area with good entertainment, leaving you free to have a drink and maybe a game of bingo, with regular games during the evening (between acts). There's also 2 hours of none stop bingo every afternoon.There is a kids' club during the day and a really wonderful fun pool area where you think you're on the beach. In addition there is a play park for the children.
Also on the site you will find: Club Tropicana / The Maid Marion pub / Superb pool area / Well stocked gift shops / Fish & Chip shop / Indian and Chinese takeaways / Burger bars / Launderette.
The lovely clean and very long golden sandy beach is just a short walk away. From the beach you can walk to Ingoldmells (if you are feeling energetic) where there is a huge market, or you could have a look at Butlins. Buses also stop right outside the site if your're not that energetic, so why not book a day in Butlins for you and your family.
Skegness is just a short ride or drive away, where you will find plenty of shops, bars and cafe's for you and your family to enjoy.
