Situated on the ever popular Southview Leisure Park, our caravan boasts a good quiet position.
It has double glazing, a large decking front and side with a table and chairs for you to enjoy nice warm days, as well as lights (switch in boiler cupboard) for you to enjoy the evenings. There is also a parking space for your car.
Within the caravan you will find everything you would normally find at home, i.e. HD ready 32" flat screen TV with Freeview, microwave, iron and ironing board, hob, oven, toaster and kettle.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. There is also a double put-up bed in the lounge situated under the front seat.
All duvets and pillows are included but not the bed linen, ie quilt cover sheets and pillow slips.
Should you require bed linen to be provided it will be an extra £20
Booking Conditions
The caravan is for 6 people only.
Passes are not included in the price.
No all male or all female parties are allowed
When booking we require a £50 deposit.
We also require a £50 security bond. This can either be paid when you book your holiday or when you pay the balance, and will be refunded after your holiday is finished providing the caravan has been left clean, tidy and in good order, with no breakages.

About the Area
Southview Leisure Park has so much to offer families and couples alike, and has lots of facilities:9 hole golf course, Snooker lounge, Fishing lakes, Licensed bars, Sunbeds and solarium, Bowling green, Children's shows, Children's club, Play area, Luxurious swimming pool with water slides, Amusements, A la carte restautant, Poolside bistro , Launderette, Live entertainment nightly, Fully stocked shop (extended for 2014)
You can also use the facilities of the 3* Southview Park Hotel; hourly bus service (2 stops on site, please ask in reception).
Southview Leisure Park is situated on the A158 approach road into Skegness and just 5 minutes from the sea front, with lovely beaches where you can relax, sunbathe or play with the kids. If you are feeling energetic you could walk to Gibralter Point (conservation area) or walk the other way to Ingoldmells where there is a huge market.
There is plenty to do whilst in Skegness; there is a fun fair, arcades and of course, the Sealife Centre. For mom and dad there are plenty of bars, cafe's and restaurants. There is also the Embassy Theatre where there are great shows. You will also find bowling greens, crazy golf, and the Sun Castle, which has good all round entertainment.
All in all Skegness is a good all round and very clean resort, with bags of entertainment, shops and eateries. What more could you want?
