Caravan Description

We are offering for hire, our privately owned, two bedroom ABI Ambleside caravan.

The caravan is a Haven graded platinum, 38ft x 12ft, four berth and is fitted with double glazing and full gas central heating our privately owned caravan is only a short distance to the main complex. The caravan is sited on the newly developed Bryn View on Presthaven Beach Resor, Prestatyn, North Wales.

Bryn View is a beautifully landscaped area of the park and only a short walk from the main entertainment complex. There are no steep hills to climb.

There is ample parking close to the caravan and to further compliment the caravan there is a large wrap around decking complete with patio set, lockable gate and disabled ramp.

One of the many advantages of booking directly with a private caravan owner is that you know, in advance, which caravan you are going to be booked into and where on the park it is situated.

This caravan is clean and spacious with a real feel of luxury. The caravan will be checked and cleaned by ourselves or our agent at the end of your stay.

The caravan has full size french doors which open onto a large decking area complete with a patio set and outstanding uninterrupted views of the welsh countryside.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner stove and full size oven and overhead extractor fan, integrated fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. All pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc are also included along with an ironing board and iron.

Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar are included. We also provide your first toilet roll and kitchen roll.

The lounge comprises of an electric feature fire, a wall mounted 40" LED TV with a HDMI DVD player, iPod sound system and a good selection of DVDs and books. The lounge also features a comfortable two seater leather settee and footstool, two stylish arm chairs along with ample storage in the fitted units.

There is one double bedroom with a king size bed and luxurious padded headboard, a dressing table and stool plus a walk in wardrobe with drawers. There is also a wall mounted TV/DVD. The en-suite comprises of a shower, wash basin and WC.

The twin bedroom comprises of two single beds with padded headboards and overhead lighting, a wardrobe and again there is a wall mounted TV/DVD.

The family bathroom comprises of a shower unit with power shower, washbasin and WC. Hair dryer and straighteners are provided as is a travel cot.

Smoke alarms, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector are fitted to the caravan for your safety.

All duvets & pillows are provided, bed linen is not included. You will need to bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels, loo roll, toiletries etc.

We ask that you leave the caravan clean and tidy.

Please don’t smoke inside the caravan and treat it with the same respect you would expect guests to treat your own home. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Gas and electricity is included in the price. Our prices however DO NOT include Haven passes. We will send you the necessary paperwork to purchase passes on arrival if you so wish.

Haven Funworks passes are not required to stay in our caravan, but will be required to use the main park facilities.

Bookings and conditions

A booking fee of £75 will be required within 7 days to secure dates. This payment is Non-refundable if cancelled. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date. If your holiday is less than 6 weeks away we will require the full balance within 7 days.

We also require a £75 damages and breakages bond. This will be returned to you within 14 days once the caravan has been checked after your stay. Any soiling to mattresses as a result of wet damage of any description will automatically result in loss of the damages bond.

Payments are accepted by internet bank transfer, cash or cheque.

Check in is after 4pm. Check out is before 12 noon.

Bookings are Saturday to Saturday 7 Nights or Monday to Friday, we will also consider Friday to Friday.

Lead person must be over 21. Couples and family groups only.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply. The number of days in advance of holiday start date, cancellation charges are:

56 days or more booking fee only.

55-29 days 50% of the total holiday cost

28 days or less 100% of the total holiday cost
