Caravan Description
Avon Rose (ABI Ambleside Premier 41'x14') is situated on Haven's award-winning Rockley Park offering a wealth of facilities for you and your family to enjoy with a small beach, water sports, swimming pools and activities (charges apply).
With breathtaking views across Poole Harbour, Rockley Park is set in some of the most beautiful surroundings you could imagine. Who needs to go abroad with a beautiful setting like this available right here? It is ideal for holidays or short breaks to the Dorset coast. Rockley Park offers plenty to do for all ages. Everything you could want for a fantastic break in Dorset by the sea.
Enjoy a family holiday with activities such as a game of Crazy Golf or a swim at the indoor or outdoor pools and then some lunch or dinner at the Harbourside restaurant or Mash n Barrell, rounding off the day with entertainment in the LiveLounge. (Please note that play passes are not included in our prices which are required to use Haven's entertainment and activities- not required for the bar and restaurants).
If it’s a romantic break you're after Sunflower offers you a peaceful retreat where you can relax and enjoy a meal or a drink on the veranda. The choice is yours!
The well-equipped kitchen has a built-in oven and microwave, hob, grill, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and cupboards together with an extensive range of cutlery, crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils.
A dining table provides plenty of space for mealtimes. The lounge/diner is bright with two freestanding sofas and a coffee table. There is a 43" flat screen TV/DVD, and an electric wood burner fire.
Avon Rose's main bedroom has an ensuite shower room. The additional bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. All bedrooms offer plenty of wardrobe space for your clothing. There is a family toilet and shower room. It has double glazing and central heating throughout (gas and electricity included in the hire price). The plot provides parking for two vehicles.
Avon Rose is dog friendly, and there is no additional charge provided no damage is done by your dog. Please advise us if you are bringing your dog as conditions apply. Throws are provided for your use in.

Duvets and pillows are provided. However, you will need to bring bed linen, towels and tea towels.
Play passes that give access to Haven activities and facilities are not included in our prices which are for the caravan hire only. If required these can be purchased from Haven reception on arrival. During the winter months, there are no entertainment, activities and facilities available on site. Note: Play passes are not required for Haven's bar, restaurants and arcade (when available) but are needed for entertainment and activities such as the swimming pools.
Please Note: Availability of park facilities and entertainment varies according to the time of year. During the autumn and winter months, the park is very quiet and there is little provided out of season. What is available is solely under the control of the site managers, Haven Holidays. For more details please check the Haven website.
No hen or stag parties. No dogs on the dangerous breeds list. Dogs must not be left alone in the caravan at any time. No charging of electric vehicles at the caravan (Havens rules). There are charging facilities near reception.

About the Area
The caravan is situated on Rockley Park, a 5 Star holiday venue with loads of fun and amenities for children +and adults alike. Family entertainment passes are available on site or can be booked in advance.Facilities include: Indoor (with flume) and outdoor (May to September) heated swimming pools; A show bar with daily and nightly entertainment; An outdoor covered sports complex with archery, basketball, football and fencing; Cazy golf; Climbing/abseiling wall; Children's play area; Amusement area with bar and restaurant; Luxury spa; Bike hire; A beach cafe area and water sports; Kids' clubs.
Also on site is a supermarket, launderette and nature reserve with fresh water fishing lake (in season with licence).
About the Area
Dorset has some of the best sandy beaches within a few miles of Rockley Park. Sandbanks, Studland Bay, Swanage, Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove are all just a short drive away and Bournemouth (8 miles) also has a wealth of beaches well worth a visit. Other attractions include: Poole Harbour and Quay; Weymouth and Portland where the 2012 Olympic sailing took place; Bournemouth Oceanarium; The New Forest; Go Ape!; Paulton's Family Theme Park; Monkey World; The Bovington Tank Museum - and many more.
