Our luxury caravan to let is a Willerby Granada, situated in the prestigious Sunrise area of the Southview Leisure Park in Skegness.

It is a 2 bedroom, 6 berth caravan in a highly sought after position, only a 2 minute walk from the leisure centre, yet set in a private and peaceful location.

Amenities within the caravan include a 32” LCD Freeview TV, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. There is also a microwave, hob and oven, an iron and other appliances at your convenience.

Our caravan comprises of one double bedroom with free view tv, with walk-in wardrobe and Jack and Jill bathroom, one twin bedroom, and a double pull-out bed in the lounge area. All rooms boast ample built-in storage.

The living room part of the caravan has gas fired heating and the other rooms has electric heaters for your comfort.

Quilts and pillows are provided, but you will need to provide your own bed linen and towels.

The bathroom comprises of a vanity sink, flush toilet and large walk-in shower.

There is no need to change any gas bottles as utilities (water, gas and electricity) are all supplied directly into the caravan.

Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are installed with safety in mind.

Car parking available for 2 cars.

Booking Conditions

No all male or all female parties.

A £50 security bond is required, which will be refunded after inspection of the caravan following your departure, and found to be left clean and tidy with no loss or breakages.

Check in is 2pm - you will need to check out by 10am. Other times can be arranged, but only by special request.

Southview Leisure Park is a highly sought after holiday destination on the Lincolnshire East Coast, and offers something for everyone.

The security within the park is paramount, therefore security patrols by security staff will be on view at regular intervals.
