Caravan Description
Our caravan is a 2011 Willerby Rio Deluxe Plus.
It has 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin, and sleeps up to 8 persons.
It has 2 toilets, one with shower.
In the kitchen there is a cooker, microwave, fridge with icebox freezer,an electric kettle and a full inventory of utensils/plates etc. An iron and small ironing board and a hair drier are provided.
The spacious living room has a cosy gas fire and flat screen TV with built-in DVD player.
The caravan benefits from having a blow air heating system.
Bookings & Conditions
This is a strictly no smoking and no pets caravan.
Bedding and pillows are provided, but you must provide your own bed linen and towels.
All bookings require a £50 deposit, with the full balance due 6 weeks prior to your holiday. We reserve the right to re-hire the caravan should the full balance not be met, which will also result in the loss of your deposit.
Along with full payment, a £50 breakage and damage deposit is required. This will be refunded once the caravan has been inspected and everything found to be in order.

About the Area
The caravan is situated on the Tower Lawn area of the excellant Haggerston Castle Holiday Park. This area is virtually one minute from the main complex.Family attractions include horse riding, a bike club, boating lake, swimming pool, children's club, spa, gym and much more.
Entertainment passes may be required for some areas and can be purchased on site.
There are plenty of eating places on site, including Chinese, fish and chips, pizza, Burger King and the Mash and Barrell restaurant.
There is also a Spar shop on site for any everyday things like milk, tea, bread etc. as well as a cash machine.
Should you wish to venture away from site, Berwick-On-Tweed is just 15 minutes away.
