Caravan Description
This is a lovely, high standard, family owned, static caravan for hire based at the great Broadland Sands Holiday Park, which is situated on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. You are 10 minutes from Great Yarmouth and 5 minutes from Lowestoft and the wonderful beach of Gorleston on Sea.
This caravan sleeps 6. There are 2 bedrooms, both with panel heaters and oil filled radiators in large bedroom and lounge too. A double with new memory foam mattress, a wardrobe and dresser, and a twin bedroom with a wardrobe and over bed cupboard space. There is also a new pull-out double bed integrated into the lounge sofa.
All bed linen is provided in the hire price, along with electric and gas.
The bathroom is a nice standard It has a large shower tray and shower along with sliding shower doors.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all utensils, pots and pans, along with a full size gas cooker, microwave, slow cooker,kettle,4 slot toaster and sandwich toaster. There is also an iron and ironing board.
The lounge area has ample seating, plus a 40" Freeview TV and DVD player, a gas fire, and a round dining table that seats four persons.

About the Area
Broadland Sands Holiday Park has brand newly built indoor heated swimming pool along with a water slide and changing rooms . Other facilities include new dinosaur crazy golf , one tennis and a football court, a large children's play park ,new climbing wall ,basketball court, amusement arcade with a games room, pooltable , a restaurant and bar, as well as the main entertainment club area. Site passes are available at reception for duration of your stay £4-25 per person including children .There is also a refurbished launderette on site and a small shop next to reception where you can place orders for your daily newspapers and stock up on some supplies you may need.
A local Tesco supermarket is 5 minutes away by car in Corton.
All club passes are there is a small charge per person for use at the swimming pool, but small deposits may be required to play golf and tennis unless you take your own equipment.

People who stay at this holiday park will see it caters for everyone; families and couples. There is regular great entertainment and bingo every night and the kids are entertained in the evening show too.this site is a park holidays site recently taken over 2 years ago and they are improving the site every year
The on site restaurants offer a good selection of food for evening, lunch time and breakfast, as well as takeaway options too; many seem to use the takeaway when at the poolside. The bar has Sky TV for those who love their sport.
Broadland Sands Holiday Park is based in Corton on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. As mentioned above you are within easy reach of the busy seaside town of Great Yarmouth (10 minutes by car) with other wonderful places nearby too: the golden sands of Gorleston beach or Lowestoft (both 5 minutes by car); Pleasurewood Hills theme park (2 minutes); Africa Alive adventure park (10 minutes by car).
Outside the main Park entrance, for those who use public transport, there are two bus stops going through Gorleston, Yarmouth, Caister, Scratby and as far as Martham in one direction, and the other through Lowestoft. Both run at regular intervals.
