Our Calypso caravan is well equipped with all mod cons, including a 26" flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player with a range of DVDs, radio, microwave, hairdryer, patio furniture, etc.
It has a spacious, comfortable living room with seating for 8. The dining area has seating for 4-6.
The Kitchen features a microwave, 4 ring gas hob with oven and a large fridge and freezer. All crockery, cutlery and basic cooking utensils are provided, for a maximum of 8 people.
The caravan sleeps up to 6 persons. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin, plus a shower room with sink, and a separate WC.
Our caravan now has a FULL central heating system, plus a gas fire in lounge.We have a slabbed run in for cars and a patio area with a picnic bench seat.
Please Note: Quilts and pillows are supplied, but bed linen is NOT provided. The hirer needs to bring their own bed linen as appropriate. Alternatively, bed linen can be hired on site if needed.
We do not include entertainment passes in our hire price. These should be purchased from reception in advance of your stay.

About the Area
The caravan is located in a cul-de-sac on Rockley Park in Poole, Dorset, and is just a short stroll from the main entertainment complex, Ham Common and the private beach with a water activities centre.Nearby is Hamworthy Lake, which is excellent for coarse fishing.
Facilities on site include:
-Children's clubs: Paws Club for 1-4 year olds, and Rory & Bradley Bear Club for children up to 11 years. 12-16 year olds have a fun packed indoor and outdoor programme, including sport and music, plus family fun time shows.
-Heated outdoor swimming pool with sun deck, children’s pool and play area. All pools have lifeguards in attendance. The indoor ool will also host a new toddlers' fun pool; the perfect facility to keep the little ones amused.
-Outdoor pool area, which received an extensive makeover in 2010, with the creation of an upper terrace overlooking the facility, as well as an impressive tower and flume slide linking the indoor and outdoor pools.
-The Show Bar, being the main entertainment venue on Rockley Park, with first class cabaret, comedy and live music, it has fantastic performances on offer including visiting cabaret and shows.
-Private beach, from which all types of water sports operate including a sailing school, windsurfing, boating and fishing.
-Shopping parade, which includes a mini-market, bakery, gift shop, launderette, hire shop and off-licence.
-Luxury Spa complex with professional massages and manicures in an authentic luxury spa complex. It offers a full range of leading therapies and natural treatments to help soothe away your everyday stresses.
-Outdoor pool area, has an upper terrace overlooking the facility, as well as an impressive tower and flume slide linking the indoor and outdoor pools.
-The Cafe Bar, which underwent a major refurbishment programme to make it into a Mash & Barrel Bar and Restaurant, complete with an increased kitchen area to improve food service delivery. It also offers satellite TV and an amusement arcade area for the children.
