Caravan Description

Welcome to our 38x12ft 2009 Willerby Granada static caravan that is for private hire on the 5 star rated Par Sands holiday park in Cornwall.

The accommodation consists of a separate double bedroom with a roomy fitted wardrobe, over and underbed storage, bed side tables, cosmetic/dressing table area and and en-suite toilet.

The twin bedded room has overbed storage, bedside cabinet and a small cupboard with hanging rail. The two beds are free standing, thus allowing the facility to push together to make a double bed.

The lounge area boasts a very comfortable L shaped seating area, which houses a convertible double bed, bringing the sleeping capacity up to 6 persons.
There is plenty of display and storage units, a coffee table and TV unit in the lounge, and for your enjoyment there is a 32" LCD TV with Freeview, a DVD player and very varied selection of DVDs, CDs, books, paperbacks, puzzles and games. These cater for both adults and children and I endeavour to supply age appropriate colouring/activity packs for the younger members of your party, along with a selection of indoor and outdoor games and activities.

For your dining requirements there is a free standing table and chairs.

The main bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink, vanity unit and WC.

The kitchen consists of a full 4 burner gas oven with grill and extractor, a microwave, toaster, kettle, full fridge/freezer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. It is very well stocked with all cutlery, pots, pans, crockery and utensils.

There is central heating throughout the holiday home, with radiators in all rooms and a gas fire in the lounge.

Outside the caravan there is a substantial decking area with table, chairs and parasol. There is a lockable gate too, providing a safe environment for children and pets. To the side of the decking is an extra picnic table with parasol and there is also a outdoor tableware for your use.

All gas, water and electricity is included in the booking price.

We supply all bed linen, towels, beach towels, blankets, tea towels, cloths, toilet and kitchen rolls, bin liners and cleaning materials - all at no extra charge.

For a small extra charge we can supply a cot bed, high chair and baby bath.

We welcome well behaved pets, also at a very reasonable rate. . The price quoted for pets will include bowls and towels if required. Please ask for details.

On you arrival there will be a complimentary welcome pack to refresh you after your journey.
We pride ourselves on our well maintained, comfy, welcoming and homely accommodation with a high level of safety and cleanliness. We clean and maintain the home ourselves doing our own laundry and preparation and have many letters/cards of recommendation on display in the caravan.

Location

Par Sands Holiday Park is a five star facility providing a beachside location with beautiful surroundings.

The facilities have been upgraded to provide a first class heated pool with poolside seating, refreshment bar with free Wi-Fi access, children's play area, putting green, tennis courts, a multi use games area, plus a launderette with all facilities.

The beach is within 5 mins walk and is dog friendly throughout the year offering ample opportunities for endless exercise.
The wildlife lake is very popular with visitors and locals alike. Indeed, swans, ducks, geese and sometimes their offspring come a-visiting and sit in the shade of your caravan.

Milos is the beach bar/restaurant just by the park entrance, serving a good selection of food and drink.

The local village of Par is within easy walking distance and has several convenience stores, three pubs all serving food and carveries, Chinese and Indian takeaways,plus fish and chip shop. There is also another pub. The Ship, on your drive in to the park, offers a good selection of food and drink, plus a carvery and large outside seating area.

The site is very well maintained with CCTV, night security patrol and censored Barrier entry system. The site is located within easy access to local train and bus services. You will find larger stores such as Asda, Tesco, Iceland and Lidl within a short drive.

Out and about there are many attractions to visit, including the Eden Project, Tintagel Castle, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Dairyland, Crealy Adventure Park, Newquay Zoo etc. Don't forget to visit the historic Charlestown, which has been a back drop for many popular films such as The Three Musketeers, Alice in Wonderland and Dr Who. Visit the Tall Ships and browse the Shipwreck Centre for looks into the past. A visit to Cornish Market World is a must, as is a trip to Mevagissey and Fowey; just a few of the picturesque beauty spots in our lovely county.
