We have recently upgraded our former 2011 Silver Standard Willerby Magnum to a 2016 Gold Standard Willerby Minster, which is sited on the 5 star Par Sands Holiday Park along with our other holiday home ref 4625b on this website.
The new caravan has been resited to a new pitch to accommodate the extra dimensions, along with its original decking.
The accommodation is double glazed with hot air electric radiators in both bedrooms, a large heated towel rail in the bathroom and a feature electric fire in the lounge.
There is a double bedroom with wardrobe, drawers, vanity shelf and bookcase. The twin bedded room has a hanging wardrobe with drawers. Although sleeping capacity is 4 at the moment a pull out bed is to be fitted in the New Year to bring sleeping capacity up to 6.
The lounge area is very spacious with a comfy L shaped seating, occasional tables, bookcase and TV unit. For your enjoyment there is a 32" LG colour television with Humax HD box and a selection of DVDs and CDs. There is also a good selection of books, games, puzzles and I endeavour to supply age appropriate colouring/activity packs for the younger ones, along with a selection of both indoor and outdoor games and activities.
The bathroom consists of a roomy shower cubicle, WC, sink and heated towel rail.
The kitchen has a full 4 burner gas hob, oven and grill, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and is well stocked with all pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and utensils.
All bed linen, towels, beach towels, blankets, tea towels, cloths, kitchen rolls, toilet rolls, bin liners, cleaning materials all at no extra charge. There is also a clothes airier, iron and ironing board for your use. Gas and electric are fully inclusive in the booking price. If required we have for hire at very reasonable rates a travel cot, moses basket and stand, highchair, feeding chair, pushchair, baby bath, walker, play gym and baby rocker. Please ask for details.
We also welcome well behaved pets at very reasonable rates, please ask for details.
The price quoted will include bedding, towels and bowls if required.
The decking area provided extra space for your party, ensuring a safe environment for your children/pets with a lockable gate. There is also an outdoor table and chairs, parasol, charcoal BBQ and a selection of outdoor tableware. There is a tarmac parking bay in front of the decking so making packing/unpacking a whole lot easier.
On your arrival there will be a complimentary pack of bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and cereal to hopefully refresh you after your journey.

About the Area
Par Sands Holiday Park is a five star facility providing a beachside location with beautiful surroundings.The facilities have been upgraded to provide a first class heated pool with poolside seating, refreshment bar with free Wi-Fi access, children's play area, putting green, tennis courts and a multi use games area. The reception area stocks essential needs, but local shops in Par village are a mere 5 minute walk away.
The wildlife lake is very popular with visitors and locals alike. Indeed, swans, ducks, geese and sometimes their offspring come a-visiting and sit in the shade of your caravan.
There is a beachside cafe for light snacks and drinks, plus many local eateries such as pubs serving food, excellent carveries and take aways (Indian, Chinese, fish and chips etc.)
There is also a launderette on site with all facilities.
Out and about there are many attractions to visit, including the Eden Project, Tintagel Castle, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Dairyland, Crealy Adventure Park, Newquay Zoo etc. Don't forget to visit the historic Charlestown, which has been a back drop for many popular films such as The Three Musketeers, Alice in Wonderland and Dr Who. Visit the Tall Ships and browse the Shipwreck Centre for looks into the past. A visit to Cornish Market World is a must, as is a trip to Mevagissey and Fowey; just a few of the picturesque beauty spots in our lovely county.
