Our static caravan is a 6 berth, 3 bedroom Willerby Vogue with decking at the front and side.
The caravan is situated in a cul-de-sac, in a quiet area at the top of the park, and less than a 10 minute walk from the main complex and facilities. There is a small play park two minutes walk away from the caravan.
There is full gas radiator central heating and UPVC double glazing, making our caravan ideal for the cooler weather. It has mains gas and not gas bottles.
The lounge has free standing furniture (leather 3 seater and leather 2 seater settees) not the bench type seating under the windows. The fireplace area is the focal point of the room.
Within the lounge there is a 32" flatscreen TV with Freeview, a separate DVD player and a CD/radio player. We have had Sky TV installed too, so if you have Sky you just need to take your own Sky box and card - the dish is at the back of the caravan.
There is also a selection of children's board games, There is also an Xbox with a selection of games, and a Wii with a selection of games.
There is a travel cot and a high chair at the caravan.
The dining table seats 4 people. The kitchen area includes a full size fridge, freezer (3 drawer freezer - not ice box size), washer, microwave, toaster, kettle and extras such as additional pans and kitchen utensils. There's also plenty of storage cupboards and drawers.
The lounge area has a laminate floor and the bedrooms are carpeted.
There are 3 bedrooms. In the master bedroom there is a double bed, en-suite toilet, 19" TV/DVD and a hairdryer, plus lots of storage space. There is a Dyson hoover and a large airer (ideal for drying clothes on the decking area).
We have 2 twin bedded rooms; one of the rooms has bunk beds and the other has 2 freestanding single beds which can be pushed together to create a double bed.
The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
There is decking to the front of the caravan and also to the side (with gate). To the front of the caravan there is a hardstanding for car parking.
Don't forget to bring tea towels, towels, toiletries and washing up utensils.
At the back of the decking is a storage box which contains a patio table and 4 chairs (ideal for putting out on the decking to eat meals) and also a barbeque.
Sorry, but bed linen is not included with the booking price. Duvets and pillows are provided in the booking cost and are not at an additional cost.

The caravan is for hire from March to the end of November.
A £50 deposit (non refundable) per stay is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Payment can be made by cheque, postal order, PayPal or bank transfer, and the deposit must be received within 7 days of making your reservation.
We ask for a £100 security bond in addition to the caravan hire charge, which is refunded 7 to 10 days after your holiday has ended, pending checks from the cleaner and following guests. Sorry but the security bond will not be refunded earlier than the 7 days and if the van warrants an intense clean over and above a normal clean, we will have to charge £20.00 for the clean which will be deducted from the £100 security bond.
Haven offer a wide range of entertainments and activities. If you wish to take advantage of these, you will require passes. Funworks (entertainment passes) can be booked direct with the site or obtained on arrival.
Haven's passes are not included in our hire price, but can be purchased from Reception upon arrival. Costs are as follows:
7 nights: Adult £39 // Child £20 // Caravan capped at £178
3/4 nights: Adult £30 // Child £15 // Caravan capped at £144
Off peak season:
7 nights: Adult £26 // Child £13 // Caravan capped at £128
3/4 nights: Adult £20 // Child £10 // Caravan capped at £108
