Caravan Description

Our caravan is a Swift Bordeaux Exclusive (38x12), it is of very modern design and can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 Bedrooms on Havens 5* Perran Sands.

We have a fantastic pitch with decking area with outdoor table and chairs and a lovely sea view. The main bedroom has a double bed with a new memory foam deep mattress (which lifts up for storage space underneath), fitted wardrobes, with its own en-suite. There are a further 2 twin bedrooms with plenty of storage space in all.

The kitchen has its own integrated full size fridge/freezer and a Combination microwave oven, the cooker has a separate grill and oven. Being totally modern the caravan boasts double glazing and central heating throughout for your comfort.

The bathroom is large for a caravan and has plenty of space to move around including a large double shower, there is also an en-Suite attached to the main bedroom.

The spacious living area has a fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining area and front opening patio doors, which opens out to the decking with stunning sea views. A 40"LCD TV with Free-view and DVD player can be viewed from comfortable sofas in front of a gas fire. We have also added a 40”LCD TV with DVD for the master bedroom with full free-view.

Bookings and Conditions

The caravan is available for rent from March to the last full week of October. Prices are per week, as detailed. A week runs from Saturday to Saturday vacating before 10:00am.

Short breaks Fri-Mon or Mon-Fri can be made available at request out of season.

Bookings are also available for 3 day weekends and 4 day breaks at certain times of the year. Please enquire for further information.

We will provide duvets and pillows and linen for all beds please bring your own towels. The caravan is thoroughly cleaned prior to occupancy. All holiday makers will need club passes if they wish to use certain on-site facilities. Passes are required for the Fun Works Complex.

Passes are not included, but can be purchased from Park Reception within reception opening times or you can order them from us at the same cost you would pay on site. Passes are not obligatory and are not required for outside facilities. I.e. The Café Bar and Restaurant, amusement arcade, on-site shops and some fast food counters.

Dogs are not permitted in our caravan however we cannot guarantee for allergy reasons that there has not been a pet in the caravan.

Terms of Payment

10% deposit required at the time of booking or £50 whichever the greater, non-refundable on cancellations but can transfer dates if available (deposit not refunded if other dates are not available) Payment can be made via, cheque, bank transfer or credit card. A security deposit of £100 is also required in addition to teh rental hire. This is refundable following satisfactory inspection of the caravan. This will be sent back by cheque or bank transfer within 7 days after your visit.

Balance due no later than six weeks prior to commencement of holiday. If booking within six weeks’ full payment must be made.

Please note We do not allow single sex parties and no pets. We also ask our guests not to smoke in the caravan during their stay.

In atddition there is also a Blootooth Speaker system All at no extra charge to you.
