Caravan Description

The caravan has two bedrooms. There isn't a pull-out bed in the living area.

There is a double bedroom, with en-suite toilet and sink. The double bedroom is fitted with wardrobes and is large enough to house a travel cot (can be hired from Unity Farm).

The second bedroom is a twin bedroom and has two single beds, which could be pushed together to make a double.

Duvets and pillows are provided for all beds. All you need to take are duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels, beach towels and tea towels.

In addition to the gas central heating, there is a fitted gas fire in the living area. Also, in the living area you will find a TV with Freeview HD.

As well as the en-suite there is a family shower room which boasts a double shower, toilet and sink.

We have a patio and well maintained garden, decking with furniture to sit and watch the sunset with a glass of vino or a cold beer.

The caravan has everything you may need for your holiday, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge and much more. We also provide an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.

Our caravan is offered for 7 night stays. Short breaks of 4 nights (Mon to Fri) or 3 nights (Fri to Mon) may be possible subject to availability.

We will allow 2 nights subject to availability.

* We do not take bookings of less than 2 nights


Please Note: There is no ramp to the caravan, therefore not suitable for wheelchair access.

* Deposits of £75 are taken in advance to secure the booking/security deposit bond in case of breakages.
This is non refundable in the event of cancelation. Alternate dates can be offered.


TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOKINGS

Holiday Resort Unity, Coast Road, Brean Sands, Somerset TA8 2RB

Keys & passes are to be collected from reception on arrival, keys to be returned to reception when you leave.

No bookings available for parties of all adults, all male or female groups as they will be refused access to the caravan, couples & families only with the hirer age over 21. We, the owners, reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking without any obligation to give a reason.

The balance to be paid 4 weeks before your holiday arrival date or we reserve the right to re-advertise the caravan & your deposit will not be returned.

If unfortunately, you need to cancel your booking, 6 weeks notice is required, any monies paid will be returned minus the deposit, if less than 6 weeks notice is given, we reserve the right to withhold all monies paid. No refund will be given if your holiday has commenced & is cut short for any reason, including an emergency at home.

We reserve the right to withhold some of/all of the security bond to cover the costs of damage or replacing items, also to bill the hirer if there are additional costs it doesn’t cover.

The hirer must inform us of any defects, damage or breakages within 12 hours of arrival, failure to do so will result in you, the hirer, being responsible.

Check in from 3pm on the day of arrival & check out by 10am on date of departure, please return key to reception.
If not vacated by 10am you will be charged £25 per hour from your security bond, as the cleaner needs access to the caravan from 10am.

Please remove all your belongings from the caravan & garden & take any rubbish to the bins, if anything is left in the caravans there will be a charge which will be deducted from your security bond.

Only the people named on the booking form may stay in the caravan & use the entertainment passes, over occupancy is not allowed & you will lose your security bond & your holiday will be cancelled & you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Please notify us in writing of any changes to your booking as soon as possible, such as persons listed on the booking form, car registration changes, prior to arrival at the park or there will be a £10 charge to make late changes.

Pets are not allowed to stay in the caravans.

Smoking & Vaping is not permitted in the caravans at any time.

As the owners, we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to cars, belongings or personal injury, illness or accidents occurring in the caravan or garden whilst staying in our caravans and we recommend that you purchase some form of holiday insurance, as there is no insurance included in the price of your holiday.

Any bad behaviour, bringing a pet or signs of smoking or vaping in the caravan may result in you being asked to leave the site by security and no refund will be given, the hirer is responsible for the conduct of all guests on the booking form.

Please treat the caravans with care & respect and leave in a clean and tidy condition ready for the next guests.

Duvets & pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases & towels for your stay. If you would like the beds made up this can be arranged with an additional fee per person, let me know if you would like this service.

Electricity fair usage is included in booking price, please do not charge electric vehicles at the accommodation, HRU provide an outlet for your use.

In the unlikely event of any maintenance problems during your stay, please contact us, do not attempt any DIY repairs yourself as this would result in the loss of your security bond.

The hirer must give access to the caravan during their stay, to the caravan owner, HRU staff & agents when required.

The resort rules & health & safety rules must be followed, failure to comply with this, unreasonable behaviour, commitment of a criminal offence by any members of the party, will result in the termination of the booking by management without compensation.

No buggies/prams to be left open & used in the caravan as this is known to damage doors & fittings.

Passes are provided at the seasonal cost for all the guests on the booking form at Holiday Resort Unity. This includes Free Entertainment, half price Brean Splash and discount at Brean Theme Park.
