We have a 38 x 12, Cosalt Vienna caravan; double glazed, central heated throughout and fully equipped.
The caravan has a large lounge with Freeview TV, DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, full size integrated fridge, full size Integrated freezer and full size gas oven and hob.
There is one double bedroom with en-suite and one bedroom with 2 single beds.
The bathroom has a low access shower, along with a toilet and wash hand basin.
Patio doors open onto a decking area with garden chairs.
We supply all duvets and pillows. Duvet covers and pillow cases are £10 per caravan extra
Gas and electricity is included in the price.
No Pets
No smoking is allowed.

About the Area
Tattershall Lakes Country Park is situated in a 350 acre site, with a 45 acre jet skiing lake, 60 acre water skiing lake, 4 fishing lakes and a superb fishing tackle shop for bait and tackle.There is also an 18 hole golf course, along with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, beauty spa facilities, bar and restraunt, and a small shop.
There are beaches at Skegness (30 miles away).
Places worth a visit include The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at RAF Conningsby, the 617 Sqn (Dam Busters) Memorial at Woodhall Spa, home of the 617 Sqn Officers' Mess, and also Thorpe Camp Satellite Station in Woodhall Spa.
There's also Kinema in the Woods (10 miles), the market towns of Sleaford (markets Monday, Friday and Saturday) and Boston (market Wed, Sat), and the cathedral city of Lincoln with a castle and lots of shops.
