Caravan Description
Our caravan is a luxury, 3 bedroom model with 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, plus a large pull-out bed in the living room enabling it to sleep 8 in comfort.
The caravan benefits from double glazing and central heating.
There is a spacious shower room with toilet and sink, plus a separate toilet and sink.
We have 32 inch TV with Freeview, and a PlayStation 2 with a selection of DVDs and games.
The kitchen has gas cooker, microwave, fridge and separate freezer, plus all the utensils required for 8 people.
For your safety and peace of mind there are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in the caravan. The boiler and all appliances have also been checked up to date.
Outside we have a large picnic table that seats 6.

About the Area
Our caravan is located on Goscar Court, which is a short distance from the on site shop, office, outdoor pool and park. It is also close to a path through the golf course that leads to the beach.
Site amenities requiring membership include the clubhouse, arcades, crazy golf and the golf course.
Site amenities not requiring membership include the tennis court, shop, playground, fishing and pitch 'n' putt.
Kiln Park is conveniently located close to local attractions, which include: Oakwood, Heatherton, Dinosaur World , Carew carting, Blue Stone, Folly Farm, Llys-y-Fran Country Park and Resouvoir, and a wildlife park. You will also find many castles and ancient buildings to visit in the area too.
There are many award winning beaches in the area and the site has its own access to one of the largest in the area.
From the Park, it is only a ten minute walk to the town centre.
There are numerous boat trips from the harbour with trips to Caldy Island. There is also good sea fishing in the area.
