Our caravan has all modern conveniences and is sited on this Park Resorts' site, which is a nice family park close to Great Yarmouth.

Caravan Description
The Atlas Mirage caravan has a lounge at the front, which includes a gas fire, 32 inch Freeview TV and DVD player, plus a sofa that converts into a double bed. There is also a dining table to one side of the lounge.
The kitchen has all the normal home equipment, including a gas cooker and hob.
The bathroom has a toilet and shower, which can be used as a small bath for young children.
To the rear of the caravan there is a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and panel heater, and a double bedroom with large wardrobe and panel heater. All the beds come with all bedding. Towels are not supplied. New carpet for 2022 in living room, kitchen has new black marble worktops and a new larger fridge freezer.
Water, gas and electricity is included in the price.
Electric cars can not be charged up from the caravan as the electrical system is not rated for this. If done it will do damage to caravan system.
Then a fee will be changed for repairs.
Bookings
Passes are not included in the price but are available from the site office if required.
Peak prices are £14.95 per adult and £11.95 per child 3-17 that's for a week.
Off peak £12.95 per adult and £9.95 per child. 2023 prices
There is a non-refundable deposit of £100 to be paid when you book your holiday. The balance is to be paid 4 weeks before the holiday start date.
A £50 security deposit is also required in cash on your arrival at the caravan, where I do meet you to check you in.
This security deposit will be given back to you when the caravan has been checked over and everything found to be in order.
Now taking bookings for short breaks 3 nights and 4 nights.

All payments by bank transfer please. Sorry not by card. check in time will be 4pm unless stated different by myself.

About the Area
Our caravan is located at Park Resorts' California Cliffs Holiday Park, which is a nice family park with restaurant and bar, and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. For children who don't want to get wet there is a kids' club, playground, arcades and go-karts.In the evening there is a show bar with live acts. Plus bingo!!!!
Also on site is a chip shop, small shop and launderette. Across the road a chinese takeout. Also now a new bakery just a short walk off site by going through the top gate and too the left.
The beach is next to the Park, Now down a new easy ramp down to the beach no stairs. Plus at the top an ice cream van to enjoy for your walk back.
Great Yarmouth is about 5 miles away with the pleasure beach, Sea life Centre, and the town centre for all your shopping needs. And coming July 2022 on Yarmouth sea front the New Marina Centre with 25m pool , kids pool and 2 big slides. Also on the sea front a very nice Cinema called the ARC. Also a big wheel which on a nice gives you good views out to sea.
Further afield is Norwich 'a fine city' with many individual and national shops, plus open air market and many many many churches.
North of the holiday park are many small villages by the sea, ending with Cromer. Along the way is Sheringham with its preserved steam railway. To the east is Wroxham, again with a norrow gauge railway and river boat trips. You do have the popular riverside village of Potter Heigham with Latham's shop come August you can get your Christmas rapping paper!!!
