Welcome to our privately owned Pemberton Park Lane caravan. Our caravan is not that of any average caravan, it is 14 foot wide rather than the average 10 or 12 foot. It is of the highest spec of caravans being made by Pemberton. The quality really has to be seen to be believed
With everything our caravan has to offer from the lovely contemporary style, luxury furnishings, neutral décor, spacious lounge area and an en-suite with a bath and full wrap around decking you are destined to enjoy your stay
Although we enjoy our holiday home ourselves through the season we have decided to offer appreciative families the chance to enjoy a summer break away in our family caravan. We guarantee to offer you an impeccable stay with luxurious home from home comfort.
Our caravan occupies a quiet sought after plot within a row of only four other caravans. We are situated on Gleneagles, just as you enter the Golf Village area of Haggerston Castle Holiday Park in Northumberland.
The caravan has everything you will need to enjoy a self-catering break away from home. It boasts many additional features including double glazing and central heating throughout, making breaks during the winter months even warmer and just as enjoyable.
The light and very spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area offers a tranquil living space which leads out onto the gated full wrap around spacious decking area; this also offers perfect peace of mind for those with smaller children. More reason to sit out and enjoy the peace and tranquillity or soak up the British sun with charming views where you are not overlooked.
Our two bedroom caravan sleeps up to 4 people and is ideal for families or couples alike who want to be in a quieter location but still close enough to all the facilities, shops and restaurants the site has to offer, but also far enough away to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.
The lounge area offers high quality furnishings, including two large sofas, dining table and chairs, a flat screen TV with Freeview and a stereo just to name a few.
The well equipped kitchen benefits from a large fridge freezer, cooker with five burner hob, integrated microwave, washing machine with drying facility, dishwasher and basically everything else you may need to help you make the most of your holiday including all pots, pans and utensils.
There are two bedrooms. The spacious twin bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe with ample storage. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe with ample storage and its very own en-suite bath room, with wash basin, toilet and shower over the bath.
There is also a separate good sized family shower room which consists of a large shower, toilet, wash- basin and storage space.
A private parking bay is situated to the side of the caravan as well as outside seating with a small table and chairs to the front on the decking area.
The main complex and entertainment are approximately a 5-10 minute stroll away from the caravan and the Chinese buffet restaurant, with Fairways cafe offering snacks by the golf course and two alternative children's play areas are less than 5 minutes away.
Bed linen, gas and electric are all included in the price of your stay however entertainment passes are NOT and will need to be purchased upon arrival direct from Haven if you decide to use their facilities.
You will need to bring your own towels and toiletries for hygiene reasons but we do keep cleaning products in the caravan which you can use during your stay.
We ensure anyone booking this caravan will be far from disappointed, we want all our guests to enjoy our holiday home as much as we do ourselves as we take good pride in it as you will appreciate upon arrival.
Our holiday home is strictly no-smoking and sorry but we do not allow pets.
How to Book Your Holiday
We offer Monday to Friday (4 nights) or Friday to Monday (3 nights) breaks, or weekly breaks starting on either a Monday or Friday and on a Saturday wherever possible depending on bookings already taken. Longer breaks can be arranged please ask for availability and prices.
A £75 (non-refundable upon cancellation) deposit is required at the time of booking, which secures your dates. The remaining balance is then due 4 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Please note the owner reserves the right to re-rent the caravan if payment is not received in full by this time unless other arrangements have been made.
A £75 refundable damages and cleaning bond will be added to the final balance, which will be refunded once the caravan has been checked and found to be left clean and damage free. Missing items will be charged for.
All we ask is you appreciate our holiday home and treat it as your own therefore leaving it as you found it.
Any late deals or bookings taking place within a six week period will require payment in full at the time of booking.
