Our luxury holiday lodge is situated in the Lakefield area of Haggerston Castle, overlooking one of the many lakes on the site, and offers perfect views to sit out and take in, or to wake up to in the morning.
It has both double glazing and central heating throughout, and is insulated to residential specification, making breaks during the winter months even warmer and more comfortable.
The lodge is like a real home from home and consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin.The double master bedroom includes a double bed with en-suite WC and shower room, and TV with Freeview. The twin bedroom has two single beds and ample storage, plus a TV with Freeview. There is now a sofa bed in the lounge area which sleeps two additional people.
There is a separate main family bathroom featuring, walk-in shower and WC.
The living room has a flat screen TV with Freeview, two free standing 2 piece settees, mood changing LED back-lit fire and various accessories, including a small stereo for your use.
The dining area and living area lead onto a fully fitted kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and full sized fridge freezer.
Stunning views can be had from the living and dining area, with double French doors opening onto the front decking, overlooking the stunning views of the lake, with swans and ducks.
A private parking bay is situated to the side of the Lodge.
Anyone booking this lodge will be far from disappointed.
This is strictly a non-smoking holiday lodge and sorry, but no pets are allowed.
The main complex and entertainment are approximately a 5 minute walk and 10 minutes from the Chinese buffet restaurant and another children's play area.
How to Book Your Holiday
We offer Monday to Friday (4 nights) or Friday to Monday (3 nights) breaks, or weekly breaks starting on either a Monday or Friday and on a Saturday wherever possible depending on bookings already taken. Longer breaks can be arranged please ask for availability and prices.
A £75 (non-refundable upon cancellation) deposit is required at the time of booking, which secures your dates. The remaining balance is then due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Please note the owner reserves the right to re-rent the caravan if payment is not received in full by this time unless other arrangements have been made.
A £75 refundable damages and cleaning bond will be added to the final balance, which will be refunded once the caravan has been checked and found to be left clean and damage free. Missing items will be charged for.
All we ask is you appreciate our holiday home and treat it as your own therefore leaving it as you found it.
Any late deals or bookings taking place within a six week period will require payment in full at the time of booking.
