Caravan Description
New for 2014, our privately owned, six berth, two bedroom caravan on Parkdean's White Acres Holiday Park in Cornwall.
It is double glazed with mains gas central heating by radiator, which are great to use throughout the season.
There is a fully fitted, modern kitchen/diner with fridge/freezer, a spacious lounge and a family bathroom with shower.
Outside we have hard surface parking immediately alongside the caravan, as well as decking with patio furniture, plus marvellous views over the surrounding countryside. Outside lockers provide essential secure storage for those fishermen wishing to take full advantage of the 13 on site fishing lakes, which are readily accessible from the caravan's location.
The location of the caravan is suitable for young children as it is in a quiet position, close to safe play areas with no through traffic. The caravan is also close to the indoor swimming pool, clubhouse and the full range of shops and amenities, which make up the Five Star Parkdean White Acres site.
We have owned a caravan on the White Acres site for nearly 10 years and you are booking a caravan which is used by us as often as work permits an exiled Cornishman to return home not a caravan which is equipped solely for rental use.
An ideal base for couples fishermen and families and for exploring the North Cornwall coast and all Cornwall has to offer. I am happy to offer tips and local knowledge to those needing it.
Available for Saturday to Saturday hire we can offer discounts to those returning, and late deals in the quieter weeks. We welcome enquiries from couples or singles and will price flexibly if you make enquiry and tell us your needs. Call or email us.
Gas, electric and cleaning are included. Duvets and pillows are provided but you need to take your own bed linen, towels, tea towels etc.
Fishing permits and clubhouse passes providing access to all facilities available from the Parkdean reception and fishing lodge on site.
A full entertainment programme is offered. This is a family site and no bookings from single sex groups or by persons under 21 years are accepted. This does not affect same sex couples or single sex family groups.

About the Area
On White Acres there is plenty for everyone. Fishing is one of the main attractions with many fishing lakes for fishers of all standards. Lessons are offered for children.Other on site facilities include an indoor pool with sauna and jacuzzi as well as a small gym. Children are spoilt with a number of play areas and an indoor soft play area for young children. The clubhouse has a variety of entertainment each evening and there are also kids clubs with activities during the day. There is also a restaurant and a large bar with free wi-fi access.
The site is situated just outside Newquay. The nearest beach is approximately 15 minutes away and there are a variety of supermarkets close by.
