New for 2017 is our sophisticated Willerby Sheraton Lodge, which gives a real feeling of entering a boutique country house hotel with its cashmere colouring and walnut accents, and benefitting from having two bedrooms, two shower room and a spacious kitchen and dining space.

There is full central heating and double glazing throughout, along with luxury carpets. The holiday home also has integral spotlights for that ultra-modern lodge type feel. This particular home is more insulated, so better than ever!!
This holiday home is open plan and spacious, with an extra-large kitchen and everything you will need for a comfortable home from home stay!
The lounge is spacious and looks out via double doors onto our large outside deck area. It has two large sofas (one sofa bed), New England style, free-standing furniture, a log burner style fire with a stunning surround, TV cabinet with large TV, DVD player, plus luxury cushions and throws.
Kitchen / Dining Area
The kitchen is a modern and fully fitted, with a full size integrated fridge freezer, gas hob, extractor, gas oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, modern small appliances and a freestanding wall unit. You will also find a full range of plates, glasses, cups and cutlery, as well as decent pots and pans. We try to keep everything to a high standard so these are replaced at intervals. There is also a modern, twisted leg dining table with four chairs in the kitchen. We have provided an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and full range of washing up and cleaning products, plus tea, coffee and sauces.
This is an extra-large bedroom with plenty of floor space, New England style dressing table with overhead lighting, a king size bed with comfortable mattress with topper and protector, overhead lighting, a large wall-mounted TV surround and bedside tables (with plug sockets and USB socket), a freestanding tallboy and walk-in wardrobe.
En-suite Double Shower Room
Adjoining bedroom 1, the en-suite has a double shower, wash basin, built-in WC, shaver socket, overhead lighting and lighting. You will also find hand soap, a hand towel and shower mat.
This twin bedroom has two comfortable beds with mattress toppers and protectors, a bedside cabinet with 2 plug sockets and USB socket, a wall-mounted TV, overbed lighting and a wardrobe.
Family Shower Room
This room comprises a double shower, wash basin, built-in WC, a shaver socket, overhead lighting and storage, again with hand soap, a hand towel and shower mat.
From double doors off the lounge and side door you will find an extra-large wraparound deck with gated access on the side, making it very safe for small children. We have a large corner plot with a grassed area and a tarmac parking space, in a quiet mainly privately owned cul-de-sac.
We pride ourselves on perfection, with hygeine being priority, but presentation is also important. We mostly clean ourselves and maintain the lodge to a high standard as it’s our holiday home as well as a place to give you a wonderful break.
We provide mattress and pillow protectors that are washed regularly. Beds will be made up and a welcome pack provided on arrival.
Short breaks are offered – we are very flexible!
Bookings & Conditions
Our minimum price is for a short break in March and October, from Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday (excludes school holidays/bank holidays).
Prices for other dates and holiday lengths are available upon request. Please check the dates of interest are available before contacting us.
A £100 damage deposit will be required, which will also be used to hold your dates then used for damage on arrival. Therefore, this is not included in the holiday cost. It will be refunded a week after your departure if no damage, loss or breakages have occurred.
The full holiday cost is due 6 weeks before your holiday start date. Cancellation charges apply within this period.

Entertainment passes for access into the main complex can be purchased at the Park’s Reception on your arrival. These are not included in the holiday home rental. Please contact me if you require information on prices for these.
