Our caravan is a six berth ABI Derwent and has everything you would expect from a modern, well equipped caravan. We are on the Parkdean Resorts Looe Bay Holiday Park in one of the quieter parts of the park with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside

It is very popular and we have a number of repeat bookings every year. We have one guest family who have visited us every year since we opened and they have already booked for 2021!!

New for for 2019 was new carpet throughout the caravan, a new free standing 3 seater sofa bed and free standing 2 seater settee in the lounge.

The large lounge has two settees, a full size curved screen TV, Blu-ray player and sound bar.

Our caravan is double glazed and has full central heating and there is a fire in the lounge, so is toasty and warm all year.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave, as well as a kettle, toaster, pots and pans etc. We have an iron with a full size ironing board.

Our caravan has two bedrooms which are separated from the living area. There is a double bedroom with a 5 foot wide bed, an en-suite with toilet and sink, a hairdryer and a flat screen tv. The other bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space and there is room in the double bedroom to put up the travel cot that we have available. The lounge also sleeps a further two people, making 6 berths in total. Bed linen is provided and the beds will be freshly made up for your arrival.

At the front of the caravan, which overlooks the countryside, there are French doors that open out onto a decking area with a patio table and chairs. There is a parking space beside the caravan that we extended and widened recently, with a path to the steps to the decking.

Tea and coffee will be available for you on your arrival, together with a bottle of squash for the children. We also like to provide our guests with a bottle of wine for their arrival and offer a choice of either red, white or rosé. During the current Covid 19 pandemic we also provide hand sanitiser and anti-bacterial wipes.

Mains gas and electricity are included in the price.

Entertainment passes for the park are available from reception for which there is a small nominal charge, for 2020 it is £10 per adult and child over the age of three for a week.

You will need to bring your own personal towels, towels for the swimming pool/beach and also tea towels.

To book our caravan, we ask for a £50 non-refundable deposit which must be paid within 7 days (14 days for a cheque), otherwise your booking will be cancelled. The balance will be due 6 weeks before your holiday, your balance can be paid in instalments to spread the cost if you wish. Contact us for details of how to make payment.

Millendreath beach is reached from the road next to the caravan park, it is within walking distance.

While you are staying at our caravan, if you love fish and chips, then you must try the Coddy Shack, it's only a five minute walk from the entrance to the park, where you can eat in or take away, once a month they also have live music. There are also a couple of Chinese takeaways that will deliver your order to our caravan.

There are loads of attractions in the local area too and there are brochures available from reception.

Cotehele also has a working water mill where they mill flour, normally on a Thursday and Sunday. If you fancy venturing further afield, St Michaels mount is 70 miles away and is well worth the visit.
