Caravan Description
Welcome to our large spacious 3 bedroom, contemporary-styled holiday home. Situated at Haven's Weymouth Bay Park in the quiet elevated area called Hillview. It is surrounded by Dorset's beautiful hills and countryside with the beach only 10 minutes walk away, via the Park's direct beach path. The complex, play areas and swimming pools are only 5 minutes walk from the caravan too so its in a very favourable position.
This luxury, double glazed and central heated holiday home is a spacious 39ft x 12ft Swift Moselle. It has two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people.
Set back from the Park's main road, our holiday home has a peaceful setting, with grassed areas to the side and back with trees and hedgerows. Parking is directly to the side of the holiday home so no long treks with the luggage!
Haven class this caravan as a 'Prestige' holiday home.
As a special treat the price includes all bed linen supplied with all beds made-up to your liking, ready for your arrival.

Dining table and 4 chairs; Large integrated fridge/freezer; 4 gas burner hob with electric ignition & large oven; New appliances this year including a microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing mat, plus toasted sandwich maker; Lots of crockery, cutlery and utensils etc; children's plates/cutlery, Vacuum cleaner, Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector; Fire extinguisher and fire blanket.

Modern shower cubicle with powerful thermostatic shower; Toilet, sink and mirror; Shower shaving light and socket; Second separate toilet with sink and mirror.
Bedrooms
Main bedroom: comfortable double bed with quality memory foam mattress topper and duck down quilt; Bedside cabinets with reading lights; Overhead storage units; Large wardrobe, drawers and hangers; Vanity unit with mirror abd stool; hairdryer and alarm/radio.
2nd & 3rd Bedrooms: 2 single beds in each room, Bedside cabinet and reading lights; Storage cupboards overhead; Wardrobe, shelves and hangers.
All beds are made up on your arrival, with plenty of comfy pillows, duvets and fleece blankets provided.

Parking for car next to the holiday home; Patio area with flower tubs; Wooden patio table/benches; Large grassed area safe for children to play.

How to Book Your Holiday
Check the link above to see if the week or weeks you want are available. Phone us or email us with your enquiry and any questions you want to ask before going ahead with the booking.
1. All bookings are 3pm for arrivals and 10am for departures (we do try to give you an earlier arrival time when possible and will text you the morning of your arrival to confirm this). Having said that, you are welcome to arrive earlier and use Haven's facilities, then as soon as the holiday home is ready you can move in.
2. A £100 (non-refundable) deposit is required when booking your holiday or full payment if within 8 weeks of your stay. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, by either cash, cheque or bank transfer.
3. A £50 security deposit must be sent with the final payment. This is to safeguard against any damage that may occur. Providing the holiday home is left clean and tidy and in the condition it was let with no breakages or damage to furniture or fittings, your security deposit will be returned within 7to 14 days after your holiday.
Terms & Conditions
Before booking your holiday please read the terms and conditions below:
1. Your keys will be waiting for you at reception. Please lock the holiday home and return them to reception on your departure day
2. The occupier will be held responsible for any loss or damage during their stay
3. Entertainment passes are NOT included in the price of the rental for the holiday home. However you can purchase these passes from the park reception 4. No single sex parties or groups where the average age is under 21
5. Any anti-social behaviour could result in you being evicted from the site by Haven without any compensation
6. Only persons named on the booking form can stay in the holiday home or the insurance is invalid
7. The lead person on the booking form must be over 21 years old at the time of booking
8. No smoking in the holiday home
9. No pets are allowed in the holiday home
10. We cannot accept responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage during your stay
11. We are unable to accept liability for disturbances due to workmen, other holidaymakers or the moving of caravans around the park

About the Area
Great value for money - 2 parks for the price of 1By booking our holiday home at Weymouth Bay Holiday Park you get two Haven parks for the price of one! With your passes you can use the adjacent Haven Seaview site's facilities too.
Weymouth Bay's facilities and entertainment includes a full programme of children's clubs, 0-16 years old, and children's entertainment in the showbar etc. NB: Clubs may vary depending on the time of the year, but we can send details to you before your holiday starts.
Also on site is an amusement arcade, soft play areas, outdoor playground, pool tables, sports field, Spar shop, crazy golf, kart hire, Oasis Bar & Grill, Papa John's pizza take-away, 2 bars, daytime & evening entertainment in the showbar, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool with a lazy river and pool-side loungers and chairs for sun-bathing, a launderette, free wi-fi in the complex, cashpoint, and a hire facility from Haven for cots, high chairs etc.
Nearby
The beach at Bowleaze Cove is accessed from a path on the Park, just a couple of minutes away from our holiday home. It is a lovely walk, either via the path or across fields and only 10 minutes away. At Bowleaze Cove there is a sand/shingle beach with cafe/chip shop/resturant and fairground for younger children.
For the more energetic there is a fabulous scenic walk /30 mins walk into Weymouth from Bowleaze Cove, walking along the beach.
Within a 5 minute walk outside the Park entrance there are a couple of food convenience shops, pubs, fish & chip shops, and bus stops to and from Weymouth etc.
Local Area
Weymouth is a fantastic location for a holiday for all ages, and only 5-10 minutes away by car from the Park. You will find miles of sandy beaches with safe paddling and swimming, donkey rides and also fairground rides on the beach. Experience the hustle and bustle of the fishing harbour with boat trips available around the Jurassic coastline. Weymouth is an excellent town centre with all types of large and small shops for the visitors and holiday-makers. Weymouth's coastline is also part of the World Heritage Site famous for its Jurassic coast.
There is a bus stop outside the park taking you into Weymouth if you dont want to drive, and there are also bus routes taking you to other seaside towns or places of interest. Weymouth has a mainline railway station.
5 minutes from the Park is Lodmoor Country Park with its RSPB nature reserve, a very popular Sea Life Centre, a skate park and pirate golf, plus other family attractions.
Popular days out include: Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door; Abbotsbury swannery and tropical gardens; Swanage - famous for its wonderful sandy beach, steam railway, boat trips to Bournemouth, gift shops, crabbing and fish and chip shops; Poole Park with boating lake, miniature steam railway, ice skating rink and crazy golf; Poole Quay with lively pubs and themed evenings, plus firework displays (summer time); Boat trips from Poole Quay to Brownsea Island and Sandbanks beaches; Bournemouth, famous for miles of sandy beaches and gardens, shopping and theatres; New Forest and the New Forest ponies; Beaulieu Motor Museum (New Forest area); Monkey World; Bovington Tank Museum; Longleat Safari Park; Paulton' Park with Peppa Pig World; Corfe Castle.
