Caravan Description
Our caravan is situated on a high elevation in Monks View, with a sea view to the front and field to the rear. It is only a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the main park facilities, yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet location.
In the living/dining area there is a flat screened TV with Freeview and integrated DVD player, as well as a gas fire.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, gas cooker, toaster and kettle. There is also cutlery, crockery and basic utensils.
Water and electricity are included in the booking fee, but gas is not. Gas needs to be purchased from the Park reception with a key card provided.
Outside, there is a private lawned area and parking for two cars. An additional car can be parked in the main car park a couple of minutes away.. A patio table and chairs are provided.
The Holiday Park is for couples and families only and not suitable for all male and female groups, or for groups of teenagers.
Booking duration and prices are shown on the dates and availability page but we are happy to consider alternative time frames on request.
Fully central heated throughout, the caravan has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - one double bedroom (en-suite) with walk-in wardrobe and two twin bedrooms.
You will need to bring your own bed linen, sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers, plus towels. Duvets and pillows provided.

Ladram Bay Holiday Park is an award winning, family owned, caravan park with its own secluded beach, indoor swimming pool, amusement arcade, adventure playground, sea view restaurant, bar, shop, takeaway, and launderette.The picturesque village of Otterton is a short drive, or around a 10 minute walk away, local amenities include the pub/restaurant, village shop also tea rooms plus shop at Otterton Mill, definitely worth a visit.
Sidmouth, Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton are close by and Exeter is only 30 minutes drive away.
For walkers, Ladrum Bay is situated on the south west coastal path.
