Caravan Description
We are delighted to offer our 2012, 2 bedroom Willerby, Platinum listed, Summer retreat caravan for hire with an excellent sea view that can be enjoyed from the front decking.
This truly is an exceptionally unique caravan with a beach theme interior throughout, situated in a very quiet courtyard setting where all 8 caravans are privately owned and only a 2 minute walk from beach access.
The caravan boasts 2 bedrooms, spacious living/dining/kitchen area, bathroom and outside decking with all rooms fitted with central heating and double glazing. The main door extends to accommodate buggies.
On entering the caravan you will be amazed at the space with the open plan aspect of the lounge, dining and kitchen area.
The lounge has floor to ceiling windows with patio doors where you can enjoy the magnificent views from the front decking. The corner sofa has ample seating for more than 8 people with a pull-out bed underneath. Included in the lounge is a 26” wall mounted freeview TV/DVD player and gas fire.
The fully fitted kitchen includes a microwave, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, pots and pans, kettle, toaster and all utensils you need. There is also a supply of cleaning products available for use including iron and additional drying stand.
The dining area has seating for up to 4 people with storage facility underneath seats.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with substantial wardrobe and storage space. The twin bedroom has plenty of wardrobe and storage space.
The luxury bathroom is equipped with an electric power shower.
All gas and electricity is included in the cost of your holiday.
Quilts and pillows are no longer provided due to COVID so you will need to bring your own along with your own bed linen, or this can be hired from reception.

The caravan is situated on the Haven Perran Sands holiday park in Perranporth, Cornwall.On site facilities include a heated indoor and outdoor pool with flume and water activities. There's also Water Confidence sessions for toddler guests and Learn2Swim sessions for the 4+yrs, plus fun inflatables for older children.
Also on site is a sports court with activities such as football, biking, basketball, fencing, archery and much more, plus many family activities including adventure golf, climbing wall, bungee trampolines, kart hire, bike hire, FunWorks arcade and pool tables.
There is an on site Shop for all your food essentials.
There's plenty of eateries on the Park too, including the Café Bar, Fish and chip shop!, Papa John's Pizza (including a delivery service) and a Sports Bar.
Perran Sands Holiday Park provides direct access to Perranporth beach, which is 3 miles long with excellent views, and don't forget those magnificent waves to test your surfing or bodyboarding skills out.
Local attractions include the Eden Project, Blue Reef Aquarium, Crealys Adventure Park and Lappa Valley Steam Railway with many more.
Places of interest include St Ives, Carbis Bay, Lands End, Golitha Falls and Bodmin Moor.
