Caravan Description

Our pet friendly holiday caravan to let on Oakdene Forest Park in St Leonards, Dorset, is an ABI Beachcomber, set in the relatively quiet area of Quince, yet is only 2 minutes from the Clubhouse.

Located in Quince, amongst other owner caravans, our caravan on Oakdene Forest Park, is a 37’ x 12’ model.

There is parking at the front of the caravan for two cars.

The veranda wraps around the caravan and the sun is on the decking from first thing until sunset - great for sun lovers. There is a table with four chairs for your comfort, along with a parasol.

Within our 4 berth caravan there are 2 bedrooms; a king size bedroom with en-suite toilet and a twin bedded room. In addition to the en-suite, there’s a family bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.

There is a 43” Smart TV in the lounge and a 21" TV in the main bedroom. USB ports are located in the bedrooms and the lounge.

In the kitchen you will find a microwave, gas oven/hob and a full size fridge/freezer, plus a small washing machine (please bring your own detergent). You will also find all required crockery, pans and cutlery, plus washing up liquid, a scourer, dishcloth, oven gloves and even tea towels. A clothes airer is provided too.

A king size duvet and two single duvets are provided, along with 8 pillows. We DO NOT supply bed linen, but if you would like linen provided and your beds made up, the additional cost will be as follows: King bed - £20; Single beds - £10 each.

Booking & Conditions

A £100 deposit will be required, but is refundable after the caravan has been checked (subject to our T&Cs)

Stag & Hen parties are not allowed.

Work contractors are not permitted to stay.

The Park does not allow noise from the caravans after 10pm, which allows everyone to enjoy their time on their verandas/patios.

This Park is orientated towards families and couples, and does not tolerate any bad behaviour.

We have only priced for 7 nights, but can be flexible, so please ask for prices for different lengths of stay (peak times e.g. Summer Holidays etc we can only let what is on our price list).

Oakdene Forest Park is located approximately 8 miles from the stunning beaches of Bournemouth and Poole, and is within a short driving distance of the beautiful New Forest - an ideal location for both sea front and country walks.
