The caravan is 15 years old and is still in very good condition having been carefully looked after with new carpets and now new net curtains it also benefits from having double glazing and small wall panel heaters installed as extras.

Inside there's the usual facilities of a well equipped kitchen and lounge, 1 double bedroom and 2 x twin bedrooms together with a separate toilet and shower room.
In the reasonably sized lounge there is a 32" flatscreen (Freeview) Colour TV with separate DVD player.
Outside the caravan is a large patio area with outdoor seating and a washing line.
The caravan is situated just over 100 yards from the on site Highwayman pub in the 2nd Cove on the right as you enter the caravan park.
The Skyline pavilion is 10 -15 mins walk from the caravan park and the seafront and beach a little further
We now also have our own proper sized car park space a short walk away (outside van No.88).
Please note if you have more than one car for your group this will have to be left in the East car park as only 1 car per group is permitted on the caravan park.
