Caravan Description
This is a luxury holiday home, centrally heated and double glazed with views of Crantock village, Pentire Head and bay.
The caravan is a 39 x 12, 2018 ABI St David with 3 bedrooms; sleeping 8 people. It is situated in a quiet location away from through traffic, with an open aspect to the rear.
The master bedroom has an en-suite cloakroom with ample storage and TV. There are 2 further bedrooms, each with twin beds (1 with TV). All bedrooms have USB sockets*
The kitchen area has a full sized gas cooker, microwave and a full size, integrated fridge freezer. There’s also a breakfast bar with adjacent dining area seating 4 people; everything you need for a self catering holiday.
The good size bathroom has a wash basin, WC and a large walk-in shower.
The lounge area has U shaped seating, part of which opens up to an extra double bed. There is also a flat screen Freeview TV, DVD player, USB socket* and fire.
From the lounge are sliding patio doors that lead to a large decking area where you will find patio set for al-fresco dining and far reaching sea views. There is a walkway from the decking area to the main entrance.
Bedding is provided, and your beds will be made up for you at no extra charge.

About the Area
Crantock Beach Holiday Park is a tranquil family site close to the picturesque village of Crantock. Facilities in the village include Post Office & general stores, 2 family pubs which provide a variety of food. It also has a gift shop and tea rooms which several evenings a week serve an a' la carte menu.The site has a bar which serves evening meals with light entertainment, adventure play area and crazy golf. Also a shop takeaway and laundrette.
The caravan is in a prime position with stunning sea views, nestled into a dry stone wall with fields behind. Situated close to footpath leading to beach which can be reached in 5 minutes through natural countryside. There is a BBQ area overlooking the sea and river with seats and picnic tables just a stones throw from the caravan.
A walkers paradise across sand dunes, cliff tops and coastal paths leading to unspoilt beaches and areas of natural beauty.
The river at low tide is a haven for young children leaving behind large pools of water suitable for inflatable's, swimming, fishing and exploring. Also giving access to a shop selling beach goods and ice creams. For the seafood lovers here you can select live crabs and lobsters to be cooked for your supper.
The popular resort of Newquay is also within easy reach.
