Caravan Description
Our lovely 2 bedroom, 4 berth caravan has double glazing and central heating. It has a large garden area with decking. It has a double bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds.
There is a family bathroom with a walk in shower.
The lovely modern kitchen has a full size cooker and built in fridge and full size freezer. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 stools. In the dining area there is a table with 4 chairs.
The lounge area has a full size settee with a chaise longue at the end, plus a 2 seater settee so there is plenty of seating space. There is also a large TV with built-in DVD player and a lovely electric fire with flame effect.
Bookings & Conditions
This caravan is suitable for a couple and children for weekly lets only.
I do not accept same sex parties.
Club passes can be bought from reception at cost of £56 per week for up to 8 people in the summer months.
Arrive 4pm. Depart 10am.
I require a security deposit of £100 on booking a holiday. This is non-refundable if you choose to cancel. The full holiday price is required 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date. This can be paid by cheque or through PayPal.
The security deposit will be returned after your holiday only if the caravan is left in the same condition you found it with no loss, damage or need for excessive cleaning.

About the Area
Naze Marine Holiday Park is situated across the road from the beach, which is an award winning beach with lovely sands that stretch for miles. There are also 2 beachside cafés nearby.The holiday park itself has full amenities, including a clubhouse with full entertainment for both adults and children. Passes are not included in the price of the caravan, but can be purchased at reception.
There is also a heated indoor pool and a lovely restaurant and take away which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Colchester Zoo is not far away, and there is a large castle in Colchester which is full of history. There also a large shopping area.
