Caravan Description
A privately owned static caravan situated in its own private garden on the family run Dairy Farm.
The caravan has recently undergone a full refurbishment to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
Set in a fantastic and peaceful location with far reaching views to Dartmoor yet still easily accessible to the whole of North Cornwall.
There are two bedrooms, one good sized double and a twin room. Both have ample storage with wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The double bedroom also has additional over bed storage and a dressing table with mirror and stool. Fresh linen is provided.
A brand new shower room has been installed with modern fixtures and a large shower.
The main living area is tastefully decorated with a large comfortable sofa area with ample room for four persons. There is a gas fire for colder evenings and a flat screen Freeview TV and DVD player. We also have a small library of books, DVD’s and games for you to use., perfect for those rainy Cornish days!!
The kitchen/diner area adjoins the sitting room and again has ample seating around a dining table. The kitchen has also been refurbished and is fully equipped with gas oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, microwave and all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
All rooms boast new carpets and soft furnishings (2015).
The caravan leads out onto a decked walkway and sits in its own private fenced garden with an outside seating area where you can enjoy completely unspoilt views as far reaching as Dartmoor.
There is a large parking area beside the caravan which fits two vehicles easily.
Please note all bed linen, hand towels and tea towels are provided but bath/shower towels are NOT provided.
The price includes: all water, gas and electricity - there are no extras. Please note the caravan is strictly NO SMOKING and regrettably no dogs allowed.
Short breaks mid-week and weekend breaks are available.

About the Area
Within the local area there are numerous places to visit, which vary from golf clubs to children's attractions within Cornwall and Devon.We are a 20 minute drive to the popular, local surfing beaches at Widemouth Bay (2 beaches) and Bude (2 beaches). There is a 15 minute drive to Trebarwith Strand beach, Tintagel and Boscastle Harbour.
For familys we are within ten minutes to Trethorne Leisure Farm and Hidden Valley both great days out for all the family. Close by is the popular Tintagel Castle (home of King Arthur), Port Isaac is a short drive (also known as Port Wenn the setting of Tv's Doc Martin). We are also within easy reach of the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Historic Charlestown, home of Poldark.
Very close to both the historic town of Launceston and also popular seaside town of Bude.
Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor are easily accessed for the keen walkers.
