New for 2017 is our contemporary styled 'Platimum Plus' caravan with large sunny and gated veranda and own parking space ideally situated close to all facilities on the 5* Hoburne Park.
This two bedroom Atlas Image 3 measures 41' by 12.7' and offers a light and spacious open plan living area with free standing three piece suite, contemporary furniture and sliding patio doors onto our very spacious decking. In the lounge there is a 42" Samsung smart TV and DVD player and a small selection of DVDs.
The veranda has a modern, rectangular, glass top table with 6 reclining chairs at the front and 4 chairs with two semi circular tables at the side of the decking.
The kitchen is well equipped and features a built in oven hob, integrated microwave at eyelevel and a large integrated fridge freezer. In the dining area at the side of the kitchen there is a dining table and 4 luxury leatherette chairs.
This holiday home is very high spec with full central heating and double glazing throughout.
It has two bedrooms both with en-suite. The main bedroom has a king size bed, two double wardrobes with drawers and a very spacious dressing area. The second bedroom has two full size singles that can be moved together to make a super king, a double wardrobe with single door and two small drawers. Both bedrooms have wall mounted TVs with digital TV and over bed lighting. The main ensuite bathroom benefits from a bath with shower screen, mixers taps and mains shower, WC and wash hand basin and bathroom cabinet.
The shower room, can be accessed by the main door from the hallway or by the internal door from the second bedroom. This has a large shower cubicle with sliding door, mirrored, corner feature round basin wash basin and WC.
All duvets and pillows are provided, but we request that you bring your own linen, towels and tea towels etc.
Bookings and Conditions:-
We only accept reservations for families or couples, no single sex groups.
***Strictly NO smoking and NO pets allowed***
A 20% deposit is required to book your stay. A £50 security deposit will be required in case of damages- this will be refunded within 7-10 days after departure if everything is in order.
The balance of the holiday is due to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your stay - the reservation deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation after this time.
Bookings made within 6 weeks of your stay need to be paid in full at the time of booking, 20% of which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
