Caravan Description

We have upgraded our caravan for the 2018 season. The caravan is double glazed and central heated with a large decking area.

The 12 foot wide luxury caravan is situated not far from the entertainment complex and swimming pools on the peaceful West Lawn area of Weymouth Bay Holiday Park in Dorset.

We class our family caravan as 'Wonderful'. It is a non smoking caravan; we want to keep it nice for all our guests and customers alike.

It is a lovely, elegant and modern 3 bedroom caravan, one master and two further bedrooms, either two single beds or pushed together make a double in each of the further bedrooms.The caravan has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven and grill. Two toilets and a shower room.

The living room is spacious and has a TV/DVD and CD player, two large sofas (one of which converts into a small double bed) and a dining area with round table.

The caravan has a master bedroom, a shower room with toilet and wash hand basin, and two twin bedrooms at the end of the caravan which can sleep 4 children. All bedrooms are heated and comprise of one double and two twin rooms, plus a double pull out bed in the lounge.

Outside

A large, gated veranda/decking area, with patio table and chairs, is fitted for those hot summer evenings which offers a beautiful view over the hills - probably the best view on the site! It is nice to sit with a glass of wine knowing that small children have free run up to the gates for the sake of safety.

Bowleaze Cove beach, which has sand/shingle and rock pools, is just a ten minute walk through the site.

It is only a ten minute drive to the main town centre and lovely golden sandy beach, which includes the famous sand sculpture, Punch & Judy shows and the Weymouth Pavilion with various variety shows throughout the year.

Fishing, diving and kayaking are also available in town.

The bus to Weymouth town centre runs every 20 minutes from just outside the main entrance.

Weymouth has lots to offer including fishing from the pier, boat or shore, but most of all the beach is one of the safest around for swimmers. Weymouth has plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and cafes, which are open all year round.

Between Weymouth Bay Holiday Park and the town centre you can find Lodmoor Country Park which includes go-karts, a skate park and Sea Life Centre.

Enjoy, there is plenty to do for everyone - with as little or as much as you want to do! Have fun. You have one life, so live it; it's not a rehearsal!

All we ask is for the current client to leave it as they find it "Clean and Tidy" ready for the next client as you'd expect to find it yourself.
In basic terms its a "self clean caravan" for the avoivdence of doubt.
We trust you with our family holiday home which enables us to keep costs down for everybody.
We apologise in adance if its not up to your own personal standard but we do rely on clients trust.
