Caravan Description
Our caravan is a 37x12, 8 berth Willerby Westmoreland.
The lounge/dining area is a good size and a small flat screen TV/DVD-combi is provided. The area is fitted with a smoke alarm.
A door in the lounge area opens to a veranda with table and chairs for sitting outside the caravan. Ash trays are provided for smoking outside the caravan.
The kitchen area has an electric cooker with a gas four ringed hob, a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
There are three bedrooms: Main bedroom – with a double bed and built-in wardrobes; Second bedroom – with two single beds and good storage facilities; Third bedroom – with two single beds and storage facilities. For all bedrooms, quilts and pillows are provided.
Bookings & Conditions
A deposit of £50 is required, which is non-refundable if cancelled within 6 weeks notice of the booked date.
From June to early September, only Saturday to Saturday weekly bookings will be considered.
Booking requests for weekends and Monday to Friday in the early/late season will be considered.

About the Area
The caravan site is situated on the Roman Bank Road between Skegness and Ingoldmells, next to the Summerlands Caravan Site; behind the shop on the site.This site has only eleven caravans sited on it and has been well landscaped, with barbeque areas and seating around the site.
The shop is at the entrance to the site, also the Summerlands pub is across the parking area on the site, which has an adults' room on one side and another room for families with entertainment.
Locally
Butlins Holiday Park is about a five minute walk from the caravan site.
The beach with three pubs, is about five to ten minutes walking time from the site and is easily accessible.
The local buses run frequently from the bus stops near the site, providing access to Fantasy Island at Ingoldmells, which has various facilities and other attractions, plus the outdoor market.
Skegness town is also accessible via public transport, which offers many pubs and restaurants, plus other attractions and facilities.
