No. 2 Castle Cove is a luxury holiday caravan on a small private park with stunning sea views, situated on the Jurassic Coast between Weymouth & the Isle of Portland.
Our stylish caravan has two bedrooms (one double, one twin) with a sofabed in the lounge. It is centrally heated and double glazed with a separate gas fire in the lounge/dining area.
The lounge and decking has sea views, a flat screen TV (Freesat). There is a glazed door from the lounge which opens onto the decking which has outdoor furniture. A second glazed door from the kitchen area also opens onto the decking.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including a full-size cooker, extractor hood, fridge/freezer and microwave/grill along with a toaster, kettle and electric iron.
Excellent shower room with wash hand basin and toilet. A hair dryer is also provided.
An allocated parking space for one car is available at the front of the caravan.

Low season: November to March inclusive - short breaks (min 2 nights) available - please enquire.
A deposit of £50 is required to secure the booking with the balance of the hire charge due 3 weeks before the arrival date.

About the Area
This modern (2010) luxury, 2 bedroom Nordstar caravan is situated on the Castle Cove Caravan Park, a unique, quiet, small site with stunning sea views. It is on the Jurassic Coast in an attractive area between Weymouth and the Isle of Portland yet within a mile of Weymouth's seafront, town centre and interesting busy harbour with many restaurants, shops and places to explore or just to sit out and relax. There are two small sandy coves within a few mins walk of the site - Castle Cove and Sandsfoot Cove (adjacent to the Sailing Club). The access to the adjacent Rodwell Trail (opposite the site with a tarmac surface) is a walking and cycling route which runs in both directions from Chesil Beach/Smallmouth Cove to Weymouth Harbour, Town Centre and Main Seafront and promenade which extends to Overcombe Beach and Bowleaze Cove.The caravan park overlooks Portland Harbour and the National Sailing Academy which hosted the 2012 Olympic sailing events. The Isle of Portland, Chesil Beach and the Fleet Lagoon nature reserve are only a short distance away..
Adjacent to the Park is the historic Sandsfoot Castle and scenic gardens where you can enjoy delicious refreshments and relaxation in a wonderful setting.
Castle Cove Caravan Park has spectacular sea and coastal views and is just a few minutes walk from beautiful sandy coves. The southern coastal path passes the site as does the Rodwell Trail with direct easy walking/cycling to Weymouth's historic harbour, town centre and famous seafront which is just a mile away with the Isle of Portland and sailing academy to the south.
Close-by is a local convenience store, pharmacy and take-away with an Asda superstore approximately three quarters of a mile away.
A bus stop with regular services to Portland, Weymouth town centre and beyond is less than half a mile from the site.
This is the 'perfect base' for exploring the many places of interest in the area or just to relax and enjoy the local surroundings.
