Caravan Description

Top of the range, three bedroom caravan on the Kingfisher Holiday Park - located about a hundred yards from the site exit.

The caravan has all mod-cons. It has central heating and is double glazed throughout, so even in the cooler months your caravan will always be comfortable.

Located in one of the best positions on the Kingfisher site, our caravan is within a minute’s walk of the site entrance and two minutes to the children’s park.

The caravan has three bedrooms; a very spacious double with en-suite, and two twin bedrooms. The pull-out sofa in the lounge area means that this caravan can comfortably sleep eight people.

The comfortable lounge area has plenty of seating, with French doors leading outside.

There is a large flat screen TV with Freeview and built-in DVD player. We also have a PS2 games console with a selection of games or all ages.

The kitchen has lots of cupboard space with a large larder fridge/freezer, and the extractor hood means that no cooking smells linger or spread to the rest of the caravan. It is well equipped with a microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans, bowls etc.

The living areas are open plan with a door between the living and bedroom areas. This means that the bedrooms can to be kept quiet in the evening while the adults watch TV.

There are three bedrooms:

Bedroom one extends the full 12ft width of the caravan giving you lots of room to move around. It has a double bed with cupboards over, a good size double wardrobe and a single wardrobe with fitted shelves. There is also a dressing table and stool. Leading off from here is the en-suite providing a second toilet and wash basin.

Bedroom two has two single beds, wardrobe, drawers and over-bed storage.

Bedroom three has two single beds. It has a wardrobe and over bed storage.

Duvets and pillows are provided. All you need to bring is your own bed linen, although we can provide this for a small additional cost (please ask when booking).

The caravan has a good size bathroom fitted with a double shower with folding glass shower screen. The cupboard and shelves provide more than enough storage for toiletries.

The caravan is located on what we think is one of the best pitches on the Kingfisher site. It is just a minute's walk to the site entrance or in the opposite direction, two minutes to the children’s park. There is lots of space for eating outside, using the BBQ or just relaxing. The caravan is directly off one of the site roads with hard standing for parking the car. The large veranda wraps around three sides of the caravan. The French doors at the front of the caravan lead out to a small seating area which is a great spot for watching the world go by. At the side of the caravan the veranda gives access to the main door and leads to the back of the caravan where the veranda gives a large sunny more private area which is fitted with large patio table and six chairs.. there is plenty of room for eating or just relaxing in the sun.

Behind the caravan there is also a storage shed which is very useful for storing your bulky items such as suitcases, prams and beach essentials.

Bookings

A £50 deposit secures your booking with the balance payable six weeks prior to your holiday.

We also ask for a £50 refundable security bond in case of breakages, lost keys etc. This will be returned to you after your holiday, when the caravan has been vacated in a clean condition with no major damage.

Payment can be made by cheque or postal order or bank transfer.

We have tried to provide everything that you could need for a comfortable holiday so that all you need to bring are towels, tea towels and bed linen. If you don't want to bring your own bedding we can make up your beds using our own bed linen for an additional charge of £15 per double bed and £10 per single bed. We can also supply towel packs ( one bath, one hand and one beach towel plus a bath mat for the bathroom and tea towel for the kitchen ) a £7 per pack. Please ask about this when booking the caravan.
