Caravan Description
Our beautiful family ABI Frankland caravan, with free unlimited WIFI ,double glazing and central heating, is located at Lake Side North on Haggerston Castle Holiday Park.
It is on a spacious plot with decking area with lockable gate , patio area and picnic table , parking for two vehicles, just a short walk from the main complex.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed with fitted wardrobes, a dressing table and mirror, TV with DVD and Freeview, central heating and an en-suite toilet with shower.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have twin beds, a fitted wardrobe, TV with DVD player and Freeview, plus central heating.
There is a toilet with wash hand basin and a shower.
Outside we have a decking area with a lockable gate.
We provide free unlimited WIFI , a travel cot and highchair for your convenience, if required, as well as a hoover, iron and ironing board.
Bookings
We require a £75 deposit to secure your dates.
We also require a £75 damages deposit that will be returned to you within 7 days after your holiday, once the caravan has been checked
Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to your holiday. If it is not received we reserve the right to re-book and your deposit will be lost.
Funworks Passes are not supplied, but you can purchase them from the main complex

The caravan has a flat screen plasma Freeview TV and DVD player in the sitting room and all bedrooms, plus a PlayStation 2 with a selection of games, an iPod docking speaker and a CD player.
The fully fitted kitchen has a family size fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine,washing machine,gas oven and hob, and all the cutlery and crockery that you will need.
The sitting room has wrap around fitted seating, so there's plenty of room for everyone to sit, an electric fire, dining area and spacious floor area.

Magnificent sandy beaches, glorious scenery, historic castles and houses help to make up this magical county. You can visit the ancient towns of Alnwick with its castle (location for the Harry Potter film) and Berwick-upon-Tweed. Gateshead's famous Metro Centre and Edinburgh are both close by.
With Northumberland's National Park on your doorstep, Haggerston Castle is a wonderful base for exploring wonderful beaches and historic castles, or visiting Lindisfarne Priory. There are also regular coach trips from Haggerston Castle to Edinburgh.
