Caravan Description
Our caravan for hire.
Why not stay in our lovely, very well equipped, luxuriously spacious, 2 bedroom, 6 berth caravan, available for hire on Coastfields Holiday Village; a fantastic, family orientated caravan park, ideal for the 'traditional family caravan holiday'. The Park also has 24 hour CCTV.
Our caravan is located on Hadrian’s Field, which is a quiet area on the park. It is far enough away not to get disturbed by evening entertainment, yet still only a few minutes walk away from the beach and all of the site facilities.
The caravan has both double glazing and full gas central heating in all rooms, making it nice and cosy on those chilly evenings, and for those early or late season holidays/breaks.
The large lounge has a small double pull-out bed located under the settee, a full HD, flat screen, combi TV/DVD player with Freeview built in, a radiator and gas fire with surround. Above the surround is a large mirror. We have also provided some DVDs to watch and some books for you to read - please feel free to add to or exchange the books.
The kitchen has all facilities, including a full size cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with small freezer box, and all essential crockery and cutlery. It is very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need for food prep and cooking, including plenty of saucepans, ovenware, utensils, microwave bowls, jugs and dishes. There is also a travel iron provided within the kitchen area.
There is a separate dining area with seating for six. A highchair is also available for your use.
The caravan has two bedrooms. The main double bedroom is very spacious and goes the whole width of the caravan, with more than enough room to accommodate a travel cot (provided free of charge). Although a small quilt is provided for the cot, please provide your own cot linen. Also in the main bedroom is a large corner wardrobe with plenty of hangers, a dressing table with mirror and plenty of other storage. A hairdryer is also provided for your use.
The other bedroom is a twin bedroom with two single beds, which can be pushed together to make another double, and again plenty of hangers are provided in the wardrobe.
There is also a pull-out small double bed located in the lounge under the seating area.
All pillows, duvets and protector sheets/cases are provided, but please supply your own quilt covers, pillow cases and bottom sheets, plus towels and tea towels. If you have a young child who is prone to bed wetting, please provide and use a plastic bed protector.
There is a lovely bathroom, which has a hand basin with storage underneath, a toilet and large shower unit.
We pride ourselves on the fact that our caravan is kept very clean and tidy, and is well maintained. Therefore for cleaning we have provided a hoover, broom, dustpan and brush, kitchen bin along with bin bags, and all cleaning products necessary to keep the caravan clean and tidy.
We expect our guests to leave the caravan in the same condition they found it in at the start of their stay.
The caravan has a smoke detector and carbon monoxide alarm.
All gas, electricity and passes for the family entertainment/facilities are included in the price.

Booking Conditions
A £75, non-refundable deposit is required for each week/short break booked. Once this is received it will secure your holiday date, but until this time it will be treated as a provisional booking.
Your deposit is payable within 10 days of your booking, if it is not received in this time then sorry but the date will be re-advertised.
The full cost of your holiday is then due no later than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Once your full payment has been received, it is at this point that your £75 deposit then becomes your returnable Cleaning/Damages/Security Bond. This will be refunded within 10days of your holiday, or can be used as your deposit for another holiday booking with us, once the caravan has been checked to ensure it has been left in a clean and tidy condition, with no breakages or damages. In other words, left as it was found. If this is not the case, then any cost incurred to replace/repair/clean will be deducted from your bond before it is returned to you, along with copies of all receipts.
If the final payment has not been paid by the due date, then sorry, but you will lose your deposit, and the caravan will be re-advertised.
A copy of our full "Terms and Conditions of Booking" is sent out with an enquiry letter and booking form with all provisional bookings.

About the Area
Coastfields Holiday Village is a 4 star holiday caravan park located in Ingoldmells, near Skegness, with 24 hour CCTV on site.Coastfields prides itself on its family facilities and great family orientated evening entertainment, making it the perfect place to stay for a 'traditional seaside family caravan holiday'. You will be able to enjoy fun filled or action packed days by making the most use of all the great facilities included on site, or those within the surrounding area, thus the ideal place to have an unforgettable, fun packed holiday, keeping the whole family amused.
The site provides various nightly entertainment in the bars or clubroom, to suit all tastes.
The Family Show Bar, is a 500 seat family venue geared up for children‘s entertainment with the resident team, along with Lucky the Lion and his friends who the kids can meet nightly, and with photo shoots a few times a week; total family entertainment at its best!
Entertainment normally starts with cash bingo followed by children's games, and dances & characters. The new entertainments team are also providing new in-house live shows every evening with the show team. This all starts from 6.30pm through 'til late.
Ba Rumba, is the fun pub located at the front of Coastfields, with live Sky Sports action during the day and more adult entertainment every evening from 9pm. This includes live entertainment with karaoke nights, visiting cabarets, plus shows from the entertainments team. There is also an amusement arcade and a beer garden to the rear.
Just to the side of Bar Rumba/Amusements is a food kiosk, where they serve all kinds of takeaway foods, and ice-cream, and do-nuts etc at very reasonable prices.
The Aqua Bar/Lounge is a café bar near the reception area. This is the place to go for a more relaxing, quiet drink or for a Starbucks. It overlooks the indoor swimming pool, so if you don’t want to go in the pool, you can sit on one of the comfy sofas with a Starbucks coffee/hot chocolate and watch the family whilst you relax. Or even enjoy a game of pool on the pool table. Food is also served here during the day, with food being ordered at the bar.
Also available, is the indoor heated swimming pool with flume and jacuzzi, where you can lie back, relax and unwind, as well as a toddlers' pool. There are also changing facilities available.
Also on site you will find an amusement arcade, Chinese take away/fish and chip shop, laundrette and a Londis supermarket.
All of these facilities are included in the price of your holiday. Passes for these will be given to you, along with your keys, on your arrival.

No smoking, Definitely no smoking is allowed in the caravan at any time. However, smoking is permitted outside the caravan, but please dispose of your cigarette butts thoughtfully and safely.
Out & About
Fantasy Island Theme Park and Ingoldmells famous Eastgate Market are within walking distance of Coastfields Holiday Village; you can even save up your Tesco vouchers and exchange them for vouchers for the rides at Fantasy Island, providing you with even more savings!! I you don’t feel like walking, then the site even runs a regular and free road train, so why not just hop on.
Also close by and in either direction from the front of the site, you will find several pubs, restaurants, chip/kebab shops, amusements and shops.
There is a lovely beach just a short walk across the road from the site entrance. You will also find local shops, eateries, pubs and amusements close by.
There are plenty of buses available from just outside the main entrance of the site, running at regular intervals throughout the day and night, which will take you into Skegness and other surrounding towns, as well as Butlins where you can purchase a daily pass.
So can also go and explore the shops, eateries, Natureland Seal Sanctuary, Pleasure beach, amusement arcades, crazy golf, Panda’s Palace, the Model Village, boating lake, Donna Nook Nature Reserve, to mention but a few, with many, many more attractions in Skegness. And don’t forget that Skegness has 6 miles of award winning sandy beaches for the kids to play on, or for those long lazy walks. If you prefer to go by car (about 10 minutes) there's plenty of pay and display parking available.
Skegness stadium is also close by, where there are regular stock car and banger races, monster truck car crushing, and various other stunt shows throughout the season. Plus, kids go FREE!!
In the other direction, and close to the site, is Hardy’s Animal Farm, whilst further afield you will find Mablethorpe and Chapel St Leonard’s, both great for shopping and their beaches. Mablethorpe also has a seal sanctuary and nature centre.
There are plenty of historic, traditional and charming towns, parks and attractions to visit within the area, from water mills to historic buildings. These include Alford’s Five Sailed Windmill, nearby Claythorpe Water Mill and Wildfowl Gardens.
Even further afield you can find the Humber Bridge, along with nature reserves and discovery centres as well as the seaside resorts of Grimsby and Cleethorpes, where you can find Pleasure Island Theme Park if Fantasy Island isn’t enough for you!!!
For those who like walking, there are numerous walks to be found, and of course the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds.
There are several golf courses within easy reach from the site for those keen golfers.
And of course for the fishermen out there, you will be able to find plenty of fishing lakes in the area.
