This Lodge is situated on the exclusive 'Portland View' development at Ladram Bay in Devon. It ultimately has the best view of the park and the Jurassic coastline, situated on the front row and in a prime position.
Access to the Lodge is front entrance or side entrance and once inside you will be greeted with a lovely open plan living area with a generous utility room off the side entrance with handy storage seat and coat hooks.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 5 burner gas hob and gas oven, a full size fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine located in the utility room.The Kitchen is at the heart of the Lodge boasting a double larder and a wonderful island unit.
The lounge area is very spacious, with a 50" wall mounted flat screen TV. The Lodge has integrated MP3 Bluetooth player with 2 speakers mounted in the ceiling to listen to your favourite tunes on a relaxing day
There is also a lovely centre piece electric fire with feature fire surround handy for those cooler evenings or just for animated decor as it offers an LED log fire effect.It also boasts a lovely Three-Piece suite including a love seat and scatter cushions pleanty of seating for a family.
As you exit through the Patio doors onto the large decking area you are greeted with what I can only say as the best views of 'Ladram Bay'. Here you will find 2 sun loungers, a cosmopolitan bisto set for those morning coffees on the decking, and for those entertaining evenings, a round table with 4 chairs with cushions.
The Master Bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with bedside tables, a walkin wardrobe and a lovely mirrored dressing area with stool, plus lots of storage and the added benefit of an integrated TV. It also offers an en-suite with toilet,Quad shower, sink and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has a Kingsize double bed with lots of room wardrobes for storage and a dressing area,with wall mounted TV.The third Bedroom also boasts alot of space with a double bed,bedside cabinet, wardrobe and dressing area with a wall mounted tv.
The main bathroom contains a Bath with overhead shower and screen, which is very spacious a toilet/sink and a heated shower rail.
The Lodge has gas central heating and energy efficient PVCu double glazed windows and doors.
One of the added benefits of this lovely lodge is that there is parking for up to 2 vehicles, with a lovely grassed area.

About the Area
Ladram Bay is an award winning holiday park, which has been voted for last 3 consecutive years as 'The Best Holiday Park in Britain'.The park has a lovely private, pebble beach, a Sea View shack where you can hire boats and kayaks or just relax and have a ice cream, baguette or just a drink.
Facilities also include an indoor heated swimmimg pool an adventure playground, an arcade and also a crazy golf course. The Three Rocks has the Waves bar, Pebble Resteraunt and an amusement arcade, and as you enter into the Three Rocks there is an itinerary of events such as bingo, live bands and themed nights in the resteraunt.
Wi-fi is available within the Three Rocks area.
The Coast takeaway in the central shopping complex is perfect for tasty fish and chips or just a light snack. There is a grocery store, which is very well stocked and caters for all your needs, with daily newspapers available.
Ladram Bay is within easy reach of the M5 with some fantastic coastal walks and walks into the village, where you will find a mill and can sample local produce and cream teas. Or you could just visit the local pub of the Kings Arms where dogs are welcome as well as guests.
Sidmouth and Budleight Salterton are a short distance away and are beautiful to visit. Exmouth is also close by, and a visit to Exeter wouldn't go a miss.
All in all you will not be disappointed with this Holiday Park, and the added extra of this Luxury Lodge will make your visit even more worthwhile.
