Our three bedroom caravan is a 2018 willerby seasons , with side decking also with Central Heating & Double Glazing. It is situated on the Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village this is a Haven site and has their usual high standards which is clean and well maintained with friendly and helpful staff to help you and is just a 5 minute walk from the seafront and a short walk from the on-site facilities.
Our caravan has one double room, two twin rooms (not bunk beds) and a pull out bed in the lounge area, and can sleep up to eight people. Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to supply your own bed linen and towels and tea towels. Alternatively you may wish to hire linen from the on site hire shop.
The living area has a Freeview 32” TV, DVD player,Music Docking station, electric fire and dining table.
The kitchen area is fully fitted with a full size cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils.
The caravan has a shower and toilet with a separate toilet and hand basin, there is an ironing board and an iron.
Outside there is a side Decking with table & chairs, we have a patio area with a wooden table/bench for you to use if you wish.
We ask you not to smoke inside the caravan.
Sorry no single sex parties allowed (i.e. hen or stag parties).
No pets allowed.
Bookings
A deposit of £50 (non-refundable) is required to secure your booking. The remaining payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
We would also request in addition to the total payment, a further £50 care and respect bond. This £50 will be refunded once our cleaner has been in to inspect the caravan after your departure. Please note any damage or breakages must be paid for.
Fun works passes are not included in the price of your holiday but you will need them to gain access in to the complex (entertainment, indoor/outdoor pool, restaurant etc.) which can be purchased direct from Haven reception upon arrival, when checking in.

About the Area
Burnham Holiday VillageThe site has a convenience store, Papa John’s Pizza takeaway, Fish & chip shop launderette and hire shop.
There are two fishing lakes on site where you will find carp, bream, roach and perch. Please note; you will need a current Fishing Licence.
There is plenty to do on this Park; there's a range of all-weather indoor and outdoor sports facilities and activities, which offer plenty to keep even the most energetic of families on the go. From football to fishing, crazy golf to archery, there's always something to inspire everyone.
Also on site are kids clubs for all ages, family water fun with superb indoor and outdoor pools and splash zone activities, as well as family sports fun. Please note, for some activities there is a charge which is reasonably priced by Haven.
There is day and evening entertainment, providing a non-stop programme of shows and events with spectacular family entertainment. There is also The Mash & Barrel Lounge Bar Cafe, a family Live Lounge, shops and services.
There is a bus stop on the site with buses going to all the nearby towns.
Local Area
Burnham on Sea Holiday Village is a short walk from the beach and Burnham on Sea centre, where there are a variety of shops and pubs. B&M Bargains in the town and Asda. Tescos are a short 5 minute drive away.
There is a bus service which comes into the holiday complex and the train station is located in Highbridge.
There are many places to visit in Somerset including Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Wells, Bath, Glastonbury, Clarks Shopping Village, Brean Sands, Brean Leisure Park, open air markets/car boot sales and the resort of Weston Super Mare.
We want you to enjoy your stay, but please respect our caravan as much as we do and leave it in the clean and lovely condition you will find it in.
