Caravan Description
We have a lovely 6 berth caravan situated on Bunn Leisure's West Sands Holiday Village, which is located along the beautiful south coast in Selsey, West Sussex.
The caravan has everything you'll need for the perfect holiday:
Double glazed and central heated throughout.
Lounge/Dining Area - with 26" LCD colour TV with Freeview and USB input, ideal if you wish to take along a memory stick or external hard drive with movies, music etc. and plug straight into the TV. There is also a pull-out double sofa bed and dining table with stools.
Kitchen - with gas oven with grill, integrated fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
Bathroom - Toilet, wash basin and shower.
Bedroom 1 - King size bed, 2 double wardrobes and vanity table with mirror.
Ensuite - Toilet and wash basin
Bedroom 2 - with 2 single beds with single wardrobe.
Bookings & Conditions
Payment plans available - weekly or monthly instalments whichever suits you, as long as full payment is received 4 weeks before arrival date.
Duvets, pillows and bed linen supplied.
Gas and electric supplied free of charge.
Towels not supplied.
NO smoking caravan.
NO single sex parties.
NO under 21's permitted.
Entertainment passes are at an additional cost, and can be purchased on arrival.
£50 deposit secures the holiday, and will be refunded after your holiday, when the caravan has been checked for damages or breakages.
Non-refundable deposit for cancellations. Balance due 4 weeks before holiday commences.
Once holiday has been booked and deposit paid you will be sent a conformation invoice/receipt in the post.

The entertainment is supplied by Bunn Leisure who have over 50 years of experience in its own venue, which hosts a wide variety of top quality entertainers.All facilities are just a few minutes walk from each other, or take the free bus around which runs all through the day until the early hours of the morning when the entertainment finishes and the clubs close.

All of these facilities are available to see from the viewing gallery which has a cafe complete with leather sofas, snacks, drinks and friendly service.
