Caravan Description
Well maintained, 40ft x 13ft ABI Westwood holiday home with double glazing and central heating throughout. It is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with its own parking space, and is close to all amenities and just a short stroll from the sea front.
The caravan has 2 bedrooms; a spacious master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and plenty of storage, and a second bedroom with twin beds, a wardrobe and storage.
Duvets and pillows are provided. Please note however, we do not provide bed linen or pillow cases; these are available to hire from the shop or you can bring your own.
There is a large, spacious bathroom with WC, separate shower and full size bath.
The fully fitted enclosed kitchen/diner includes a fridge, microwave, freezer, split oven and hob, a kettle, toaster and utensils.
In the lounge area there is a free standing 3 piece suite (sofa converts into a double bed) a 37" flat screen TV/DVD/CD player, gas fire and patio doors leading onto a decked area where you will find a table and chairs. Books, games and DVDs are available for use during your stay.
Bookings & Conditions
A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. A£50 security bond is also required, which is refundable after our cleaner has inspected the caravan and the keys have been returned.
It is a Haven policy that no single sex groups or under 21 parties are permitted.

About the Area
Burnham-on-Sea Holiday VillageThe site is run by Haven so there's plenty to do. There are indoor and outdoor pools, a children's play area, well stocked fishing lakes (permit required) and an amusement arcade in the complex where there is entertainment for children and adults in the showbar. You can have a drink or bite to eat in the Mash & Barrel or you can try Papa John's pizza take away. There is also a Spar shop on sit.
Passes for the entertainment complex are not included in the price, but are available to purchase from reception if required.
Burnham-on-Sea & Surrounding Area
Burnham-on-Sea itself is just a short stroll away where there are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and gift shops. There is also a large supermarket and well maintained beach.
Nearby there are various places of interest such as Weston Super Mare, Cheddar Gorge, Glastonbury.
