Caravan Description
We would like to welcome you to our caravan, a 2011 model Willerby Salisbury Select with central heating and double glazing.
It is sited on Rose Bank, a quiet area with a partial view of the sea.
We have 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin, both with drawers and wardrobes; extra large in the double room.
The bathroom has a large power shower.
The lounge has two sofas, one of which has a fold away bed, a 32" TV, DVD player and a satellite dish; all you need to bring is your Sky Box. The kitchen has a full size cooker and fridge freezer, microwave and toaster.
Outside we have a large decking area with table and chairs, plus paved parking.
Our weekly lets are from Friday to Friday, but we are happy to consider weekend or midweek breaks or Saturday to Saturday weeks.
A £100 deposit is required, with payment to be completed 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.

About the Area
On site there is a Starbucks, Burger King, Fish and Chip shop, Papa John's Pizzas and Mash and Barrel bar, which also serves meals and has seating areas inside and out.There is also a laundrette.
Entertainment is available in two showbars in the complex where there is also a funpool and other amusements. In the Lakeside complex the are indoor and outdoor pools, also a bar. A funfair is also in this area with other activities such as go karts and a climbing wall.
There is a boating lake on site and a launderette.
Funwork Passes are not included in the prices.
Locally
Places to visit further afield include Scarborough, Whitby and Bridlington, plus lots of other interesting places; leaflets can always be found in the caravan.
