Here we have to rent our Moselle Swift, which sleeps 8.
It is centrally heated and double glazed with the highest levels of insulation, making this caravan ideal to be enjoyed at any time if the year.
The holiday home is sited on the much sought after Haven caravan park at Weymouth Bay, overlooking the meadows and just a 5 minute walk from the main complex and swimming pool.
Our 3 bedroom holiday home is a luxury, top of the range caravan on a platinum pitch, in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the meadows.
I am sure you will be very happy with our new 3 bedroom, 2012 model caravan, which is modern and has lots to offer with extras to add to your comfort..
The caravan is very spacious with French doors opening onto a large balcony, which has a locked gate so little one’s cannot stray.
We have a garden and pot plants with a glass table and parasol with 4 chairs with cushions on the patio + 2 chairs and cushions with small table with an ash tray for the smokers also a recliner chair.
On the decking we have a bistro table and 2 chairs .
You can just image sitting on there with a glass of wine whilst looking out over the meadows with the cows grazing, and with no caravans obscuring your views - HEAVEN.
Our caravan has a very modern lounge area
WIFI , NETFLIX , a 43in TV with Freeview + a DVD player + PS2 player with a host of games,Karaoke and a Sony iPod docking station to add to your entertainment.
The comfy beige settee has scatter cushions to add to the cozy feel, and a chair with a pouffe compliment the brown patterned drapes and venetian blinds. Also in the lounge is a beautiful standard lamp to set the room with a relaxing ambiance.
There is double glazing and central heating throughout, with a gas fire in the lounge.
There are 3 bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes. In the master bedroom there is a vanity area with stool and a hairdryer for your convenience. There's also an electric alarm clock - not that you will need that on holiday. The 2 further bedrooms each have 2 single beds, which can be put together to make doubles if required. All beds have memory foam toppers to add a bit of luxury, along with mattress and pillow protectors.
In addition, the lounge settee can convert into a double bed. The caravan can sleep 8 in comfort and we have put extra wooden hangers in all bedrooms as there are never enough.
The kitchen area has many extras that have been added by us to make life easier plus a slow cooker, (when you have come in from your days out there will be a hot meal already prepared by you in the morning or the night before. There is also a full sized fridge/freezer - essential for keeping the wine and beer cool.
The main bathroom has a large shower, toilet and basin, with a power point for the electric shaver. There is a second toilet with basin down the hall.
There is a car hard standing outside our caravan so there is no long trek through grass when getting out of your car. There is also a large patio area with a bench, table, a sunlounger. On the decking we have a table and 4 chairs We have also added two solar lights on the patio so it is well lit for those nights coming back from the club entertainment. Alongside the patio is a large grassed area for the children to play. Sorry, but there are NO ball games allowed.
As you can see almost every home comfort is included.
We have also added an iron and ironing board, as well as a Hoover to pick up after those little spills.
Some additional extras include washing up liquid, a dish cloth/scourer, cleaning fluids, kitchen roll, 2 tea towels and hand wash in the kitchen and bathrooms. In the bathrooms we have included complimentary toilet rolls.
Our holiday home comes with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher.
Terms & Conditions
BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY
Please telephone us to make sure that the dates are still available either by email or by phone as detailed above or below. Then fill out the booking form and send it back to us, along with your 20% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and must reach us within 5 working days or we will assume that you no longer wish to reserve the dates booked.
Upon receipt we will confirm your booking by email with a receipt and final payment date .
Should you not take the booked holiday (for whatever reason) any monies paid are non-refundable. You may want to look into taking out cancellation/holiday insurance to safeguard your money in the event of you not being able to take your planned holiday e.g. sickness, loss of earnings.
The balance of your holiday must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday (Please note: NO reminders will be sent). Payment can be made by bank transfer or Cheque.
We require a £100 security deposit to be sent with your final payment,
this is fully refundable when your caravan has been checked after your departure.
If the caravan is left clean and tidy (washing up done and put away and all rubbish removed) and no damage or breakages is found, the security deposit will returned with 7/14 days of your holiday.
If there is damage to furniture, fittings in our inventory or the accommodation this must be paid for by the hirer or taken from the security deposit.
Your holiday home is available from 4pm on the day of your arrival you are welcome to arrive at the park before this time to enjoy the parks facilities- as soon as the caravan is ready you can move in.
The keys are in the keysafe
In reception there is a leaflet giving you all the information and fun which will be going on in your holiday break
Entertainment passes are Not included in the price of the rental of our Holiday Home.
Some Additional Extra's that we will supply:
Hand wash to both bathrooms, shower gel, toilet rolls , Kitchen:-Tea towel, kitchen roll, washing up liquid ,dishcloth and scourer and hand wash ,just to make life a little easier.
We have not included bed linen, This can be hired from Haven at reception on the day of arrival for a small charge. if you do not bring your own.
Sorry we do not allow pets or smoking in our caravan.
We do not accept bookings from single sex parties or groups where the average age is under 21.
