Caravan Description
We have a luxury 8 berth Willerby Rio Premier, 3 bedroom, fully double glazed and central heated caravan on the popular Oak Meadows section at Haven's Golden Sands Holiday Park in Mablethorpe.
The caravan is equipped to a high standard to offer you a home from home experience.
The lounge consists of a large open plan, spacious seating area, with fireplace, a large flat screen TV with Freeview and separate DVD player.
There is a modern kitchen which is fully equipped with a full size cooker & fridge freezer, integrated microwave, kettle, toaster and all utensils, pots, pans etc..
The dining area has a large pine table, 2 large stools and plenty of seating, allowing you to eat in comfort.
The main bedroom is spacious with a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table with stool. There is also overhead storage and extra storage facilities under the bed. A 30" TV/DVD is also in this room & an en-suite for your convenience.
The second bedroom has twin beds, overhead storage and wardrobe. Bedroom three also has twin beds with storage overhead and a small clothes hanging area.
There is a shower room with toilet and wash basin, along with a separate second toilet with wash basin (as mentioned previously).
Bookings and conditions
To secure your booking a £50 non-refundable deposit is required per week, which must be paid within 7 days. The balance is due 4 weeks before your holiday with a £75 bond which will be returned once the cleaner verifies the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no breakages.
Please note:It is the customer's responsibility to notify the owner of any breakages / damage found on the day of arrival to avoid loss of the security bond.
Keys to be obtained on arrival, unless other arrangements have been made with us.
Haven offer a full entertainments programme and activities. If you wish to take advantage of the park facilities you will need entertainment passes for each member of the party (not included in our price). These can can be obtained from reception on arrival.

About the Area
Our caravan is on Golden Sands Holiday Park in Mablethorpe, situated very close to all the facilities that Golden Sands has to offer, which includes heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, entertainment for all ages and lots of outdoor sports, including archery, mini tenpin bowling, go-karts, fencing, fun fair, crazy golf and much more. There is a Spar store with gift shop on site too as well as a launderette which can be accessed easily by all.There is also a well stocked fishing lake on site.
Mablethorpe is a lovely seaside resort with amusements, pubs etc. It's a wonderful place to have a family holiday.
The Park and surrounding areas caters for whatever you require for your holiday , whether that be action packed or relaxing and is set in a beautiful part of the East coast, within walking distance of the beach. There is also a Seal sanctuary opposite the park.
Ingoldmells is close by where there is the Famous Fantasy Island with a fairground and market, entertainment, places to eat etc and much more.
Cleethorpes is also not too far away, where you will find Pleasure Island theme park and much more.
