Caravan Description

We have an ideal holiday home for you and your family, aimed at accommodating from the young to the older generation.

The caravan is a modern Swift Bordeaux caravan complete with full central heating and double glazing.

The caravan has a tarmac parking area to allow two cars, double doors at the front opening onto the decking with table settee and two chairs.

The caravan has a double bedroom 2 single bedrooms and a pull-out bed in living room, toilet with shower and en-suite.

Mains electric and gas, so no meter and no gas bottles; all included in the price.

The lounge is spacious and complete with a coffee table, 40" Freeview TV and DVD player with a selection of films.

We also have a Playstation 2, complete with a few games, although you are welcome to bring some of your own. Also in the lounge is a gas fire, clock, a fan for those warm days, and a lamp to make the caravan cosy of a night and also make the caravan more like home.

The settees are free standing therefore can be moved if necessary. The large one, when cushions are removed, makes a double bed to make the 7/8 persons.

The open plan kitchen has all that you could possibly need; a fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, tea pot, salt and pepper pots, tea, coffee and sugar tubs, roasting tin, loads of pots and pans, plates, dishes, cups and glasses - you name it, it's there, even down to plastic plates and cups, and small knives and forks for kids.

The master room has a double bed complete with memory foam mattress, double wardrobe, large corner dressing table and stool, a flatscreen TV, plenty of storage space in the overhead cupboards, two bedside cupboards under the dressing table there is a plastic unit with some kids play stuff and kids arm band and rings for swimming a fully working hairdryer with diffuser emergency sewing kit and aslo en-suite, bin, first aid kit.

The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds complete with memory foam mattress, overhead storage and light, and a wardrobe. There is clock/CD player if required both have wall mounted TVs and Playstation.

All bedrooms have quilts and pillows and all wardrobes have coat hangers various sizes to accommodate from kids to adults.

The shower room has a large shower, a shaving socket, toilet and sink with mirrored cupboard and a bin.

For your entertainment we have provided in the living room cupboard, a number of board games (including bingo) and playing cards. In the kitchen you will find an iron (ironing board by the fridge freezer).

Just in case, there is also a vacuum, broom, mop, dustpan and brush, and cleaning stuff. Also outside there are beach items most things for kids to enjoy.

The caravan also has a number of clothes airers for drying your clothes should you need to. It also comes complete with fire extinguisher.

The caravan is checked annually for gas and electric and is also well maintained, therefore please look after it.

Please Note:

We only supply the quilts and pillows, you will need to bring your own quilt covers, towels and toiletries. Should you wish the beds to be made upon arrive we can provide quilts covers, bed sheets and pillow cases to ease your stay at a price of £40.00-£60.00 this is our cleaners price and can change but notice will be given this would be added to the cost of your holiday, or should you just require the bedding to be left this can also be provided at a cost of £20.00 again please let us know before the final amount is paid.

You will also need to provide your own tea, coffee and sugar. However, everything else is there to enable you to enjoy your holiday.

Also, the park will not accept group booking, i.e. all girls or all boys as it is a family park.
