Our luxury Willerby Sheraton caravan has 2 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 4 people, there is also ample room for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

The caravan is 40 foot long x 13 foot wide with an end lounge and a 6 foot veranda to enjoy those summer evenings

The caravan has central heating with a towel rail in both shower rooms and double glazing throughout.

The caravan is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Wroxham area of Caister Holiday Park.

The caravan is close to the swimming pool, site shop, Mash & Barrel restaurant, main entertainment complex and children's adventure play area.

Lounge

There is a large lounge which consist of 2 x 2-seater free standing sofas.
There are French doors that open onto the veranda.
A 40 inch TV with built-in Freeview and DVD player. This can also be used to play CD's.
A Bluetooth speaker is also available for use.

Kitchen

Fully equipped including gas oven & hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and full size integrated fridge/freezer.
There is a free standing dining table with 4 chairs.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full sized En suite shower, toilet, basin and a shaving point.
The bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, a dressing table and drawer tower which offers plenty of storage space.
The bedroom has a wall mounted TV with built in Freeview and DVD player.

The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds.
There is a wardrobe, with drawers and shelves above the beds which provides plenty of storage space.
The bedroom has a wall mounted TV with built in Freeview and DVD player.

Duvets, pillows and all bed linen will be provided and the beds will be made up for your arrival.
You will need to provide your own towels and tea towels.

Shower Room

The main shower room consists of a full sized shower, toilet, basin and a shaving point.

Upon your arrival there is tea, coffee and sugar for your use.

Other items available for use during your stay include; iron and ironing board, hair dryer, 2 lounger chairs, barbeque, patio table and chairs.

Gas & electricity is included in the price of your holiday.

A parking space is available adjacent to the caravan.

Booking Conditions

Provisional bookings are held for 7 days only. A £50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your booking.

Standard bookings are Friday to Friday only during peak periods.

The balance and a £75 damages deposit is required 6 weeks before your holiday.
The damages deposit will be refunded within 14 days after the caravan has been checked for damage.

If you have to cancel your holiday after full payment is made only 50% is refundable.

Park rules do NOT allow same sex parties or groups of under 25's.

If any member of your party causes a nuisance that results in you being asked to leave the park by site security, no refund is payable.

NO pets or smoking allowed in the caravan.

Passes

Play passes are required to make use of the pool and entertainment complex.

These are NOT included in the price of your holiday, but can easily be purchased at reception when checking in.

2021 Pass Prices are detailed below.

Peak- School and Bank Holidays
7 nights: Capped at £223.00 or £65.00 per adult, £34.00 per child (4 to 15 years)
3/4 nights: Capped at £140.00 or £39.00 per adult, £19.00 per child (4 to 15 years)

Off Peak – all other times
No breaks are available during off peak periods this year.
